When Izuku felt better, him and Todoroki went to their dorms since class already ended. The nurse gave Izuku a oxygen concentrator and said it was okay for him to keep it. That was kind of her since those machines are often very expensive.
The walk to the dorm was a quite with small talk, which was okay, at least there wasn't any tension. Then Izuku finally spoke.

"She told you everything didn't she?" He said with a smile still on his face. He was referring to the nurse.

"Yes..." Shoto can tell he had something bothering him.

Izuku sighs deeply, "You don't have to pity me. I wasn't mad at you for making me faint either. To be honest I liked that you didn't treat me like someone who wasn't capable of doing everyday things."

"Well it's not like I'm going to treat you any less than competition." Todoroki said. Izuku smiled brightly like a little kid.

"Then do our best! Because I'm not backing down"

They finally got to their room and walked in. Izuku went to put up His machine and Todoroki sit on his bed.

"You sure love dancers." Todoroki looks at the posters on The other side of the room. He didn't really pay attention to it before until now. Izuku blushed and laughed nervously.

"Was it that obvious?" The boy joked. Shoto couldn't help but chuckle. Izuku gasp, absolutely delighted. "So you can smile!" He exclaimed. Shoto blushes and turned his head away.

"I mean, I am a normal person. Am I not allowed to smile?" He mumbled scratching his cheek.

"Of course you are! I'd prefer if you smiled more. You're so much more handsome when you do." Izuku said without hesitation. He didn't even noticed that he called his roommate handsome. Shoto felt a shock run through his body. There was a few seconds of silence until Izuku finally realized what he said. "Don't take it the wrong way! It's just when I first saw you I just thought you were good looking and that was it! I swear I'm not a flirt! I- ugh." Izuku covers his face embarrassed.

Todoroki felt a weird feeling in his stomach. It was the first time someone called him handsome. He always been self conscious about his scar that he thought it was hideous to look at. It felt nice to be complemented for once. Shoto then cleared his throat.

"So why did you want to become a dancer?" He asked trying to change the subject.

"Oh! Because of my family. My grandmother was a great dancer and taught me everything I needed to know. And it was the only thing I thought was possible for me to do." Izuku said. There are many jobs that blind people can normally do, but he was never interested in anything besides dancing. He also didn't want to be taken care of by his relatives. "What about you?"

Shoto paused for a moment before saying anything. "Because of my father. It was his plan all along since the day I was born." He finally said. The atmosphere was tense. "You know who Endeavor is right?"
Izuku nodded.
"That's my old man. He trained me day and night non stop ever since I learned how to walk. I was never allowed to go out with friends or play with my siblings. I just danced and danced until it was only thing I knew how to do." With each word he became more aggravated. "I never knew why he chose me. He was barely even a father. Such a dull childhood.." Shoto noticed he was rambling and stopped talking. He could feel Izuku stars at him, but was to embarrassed to look back at him.

"So... do you love dancing or not?" Izuku asked. Todoroki paused. No one has ever asked him that question before. He danced because he had too. He didn't hate dancing though, but it's the only thing he knows. With all the constant training he got from his father, dancing became more of a chore than a passion. It's been awhile since he thought about what he loved... What does he love anyways?
