miran sighs as she stuffs her keys in her pocket. the security guard gives her a small smile that she returns as he opens the door for her. she turns her phone on and looks at the time, yawning. 07:24 am. she walks the halls of the place she (somewhat) considered a second home. there's still two weeks of summer vacation left, but the student council is required to meet before the new school year starts. though, it's not a requirement to meet so early in the morning. damn you, yedam.
miran faces the student council room door and slides it open, "what is your deal, yedam? it's only seven. se-ven. i would still be sleeping right now! you couldn't have waited until noon or something?"
"wow, morning to you too, miran," jihoon snickers, receiving a glare back. "dad left this morning, by the way. he should be getting on his plane now."
yedam shrugs, "better get used to waking up early again. school's gonna start soon."
"yeah, i really didn't wanna see this place until the year actually started," she rolls her eyes, sitting down beside jihoon. "where's junkyu?"
"of course the first person she looks for is junkyu. you live beside him, maybe you would know," yoonbin teases, but his smirk disappears after getting hit. "geez, okay. he's picking up hyunsuk and seunghun."
"jiwoo's still on vacation. in paris," jihoon shakes his head.
"god, i wish," yedam sighs.
miran's phone dings and she looks at her screen, "i need to go pick up eunji. her sister took her car."
she takes her keys out of her pocket, heading to the door. the door slides open as she reaches for the handle. the beaming face of kim junkyu greets her.
"good morning!" he smiles at her as she moves out of the way so the three boys can enter. "oh, you look tired."
"wonder who's fault that is. maybe if you stopped begging me not to go to sleep and talk to you some more i wouldn't be so tired," she replies. not that she minds that he kept her up.
he laughs, "you're right. were you about to leave?"
"yeah. i have to pick up eunji. maybe when we get here everyone else is here so we can get on with this damn meeting."
