hiiii guys it's amber

at first i was like ayyy im funny in my first little joke thing period fuck, and then i remembered that some people are yet to actually start their period and stuff, so I'd like to be the first to post a nice, serious how to

basically, the first thing ya wanna do when you wake up with the red river in yo panties, is go to the bathroom and clean yoself up. if you're really heavy, and it gets all over your thighs, id recommend you use baby wipes to get the blood off, as toilet paper could cause discomfort.

once you've finished cleaning yourself, holla at someone to bring you some nice, fresh underwear without jam in them. i might possibly be the only person who does this, and (ill own up to this) it is quite gross, but if you put your underwear in the sink and run the hot tap over the top, it'll lessen the chance of the blood staining.

once you're done cleaning, and you have your fresh underwear, obviously you put the tampon in // pad on, and you can find instructions on how to do so on the packaging. once you've done that, obviously continue as you would once you've gone for a pee, and continue your day.

but during your day, ensure you have some painkillers ((paracetamol or ibuprofen)) or at least some vitamin tablets. take those with water whenever cramps hit.

on the subject of cramps, if you're badly suffering from them, eat a banana, i can't remember what they have in them, but they have some natural chemical that lessens the pain. also, hot water bottles will become your best friend during your period, so make sure you invest in one.

something that I also always find helpful, is if you rub slow circles on your stomach where the cramps are coming from. it helps relax the muscles in your stomach, and lessens the pain.

also, make sure you have a lot of junk food, not just chocolate, you haven't the slightest idea what you'll find yourself craving.

i wish you all luck mWAH
