Chapter 6

Chapter 6:

I roll over and my body hits the ground with a thump.

"What the hell?"

I look around and see I must have rolled off the bed. I chuckle lightly at myself then get up.

"Shit!" I say looking at the clock.

It's 1pm and I'm sure everyone is annoyed that I slept in this late.

My work shift starts in 40 minutes!

I quickly get up and run to the bathroom and take a quick 10 minute shower.

I get out and dry my hair then brush it letting the slightly straight hair flow down my back.

I put on my black skinny jeans and my green polo shirt. I put on mascara and eyeliner and nude lipstick.

I checked the mirror one more time and then put on my black vans with white laces.

I walk down the stairs to see my whole family finishing their lunch.

"Well well well look who decided to wake up!" Michael laughed.

"Oh shut it" I rolled my eyes.

"Hi!" Ashton yelled.

"Jesus Ashton!" I covered my ears.

The loud noises aren't helping my hungover state right now.

"Oh right I forgot you drank a whole bottle of wine yesterday!"

"A whole bottle!" I yelled.

I cringed at my own loud voice and they laughed.

"Why are you all dressed up?"

"Unlike you luckily people I have a job" I say.

"Hey before you go" Calum said.

I noticed his bright smile even though he's just as hung over as I am.

He walked next to me and handed me a cup and 2 pills.

"For your hangover"

"Thank you" I smiled.

I drank the water making the pills slide down my throat. I kissed his cheek then hugged everyone goodbye.

I walked out to my car and put the keys in the ignition.

"Wait!" Calum ran from the door.

"You forgot your phone" he laughed handing me my phone.

"Thank you Prince Charming" I laughed too.

"Your welcome my lady" he bowed.

I shook my head and we both chuckled then he looked away.

"I'll see you-" he awkwardly said but I cut him off.

I placed my lips on his and he was startled but kissed back right away.

He pulls back and his eyes are still closed.

"I'll see you later lover boy" I kissed his cheek.

"See you later beautiful" he kissed my forehead.

I blushed and smiled at him and pulled out of the driveway.

I'm hoping Luke wasn't watching that or we'll be in deep shit.

I pull up to Starbucks soon enough and park my car.

I rush in with only a few seconds before my shift starts.
