Chapter 29: Karaoke and Party

When we went outside and we walked down the street.

"Uh so what did you wanna talk to me about Johnny"

"It's about dally"

"What about dally"

"I know he was like that at the movies but he really has feelings for you, I can tell he's never looked at any one like he does to you"

I didn't know what to say. I know that deep inside Johnny meant well"

"Johnny if dally sent you too say this then..."

"No Lisa he didn't I just thought you should know since he's like my brother and I want him to be happy"

"You're so sweet Johnny, I appreciate the talk thanks"

What Johnny said really got me thinking, he wouldn't be going through all this trouble just to talk good about dally.

"You're welcome" he said so quietly.

Once we got back the while gang was there already.

"Who want to go out!!" Soda said

We all said yes. We all got in darrys truck and he drove us to this one karaoke place. We walked inside and found a table.

"We will be starting karaoke in 5 minutes" the guy behind the karaoke machine said.

"I dare you to sing up there" two-bit said to me.

"What no" I said.

"We'll flip a coin ok"

"Ummmmm........I don't know"

"Come on its a fifty fifty chance"

"Ok then" I said giving in.

Steve got a coin out of his pocket and flipped it.

"Heads" I said

When Steve caught it we all looked at him impatiently.

"It's...........tails!!!"

I felt like crying I don't want to go up there.

"Aww man ugh"

"Ha you have to go up Lisa"

"I know geez"

I went up to where the guy was and told him I wanted to go up and then I picked the song and he gave me the microphone.

Everyone was staring at me. I was so nervous. Then the song started (put in whatever song you want)

People started to applaud but I just quickly gave back the microphone and went back to out table.

"Wow Lisa you were so good" Soda said and everyone else in the gang nodded.

"Ya you sing so beautiful" Dally said

"Thanks" I said blushing.

Once we ordered our food and ate we decided to go to a buck's party. When we got there the smell of alcohol and smoke hit you. We all went inside and we all kinda separated. I went to the bar.

"Can I have a coke" I asked the guy

He gave me a weird look but he gave me the coke. As I was drinking it Soda walked up to me.

"Hey Lisa"

"Oh hey soda"

"Hey I need to tell you something can we go outside"

"Sure" I said following him outside.

"Listen Lisa I know you're still confused but......I love you"

Omg.......

"What....."

"I love you Lisa"

I was lost for words.

"Soda I.....I..."

"It's ok you don't have to say anything I just thought you should know" as he said that he went back inside.

We were there for awhile now and the while gang was drunk. It was kinda funny.

Two-bit was hitting on girls who would slap him with every dirty remark he made and yet he kept on going back.

Pony and Johnny were talking to some girls but they kept tripping off things when they got up.

Steve was dancing on the dance for like a maniac.

Dally was talking to Tim Shepard about who knows what. And darry had left awhile ago.

I didn't know where Soda was but after what he told me I didn't really wanna see him but I got me thinking.

I walked outside because it was hot inside. When I walked outside I saw something that shocked me so much.

Soda was kissing another girl......
