Chapter 27: Drive-in

"Ya" was all I said

"Does anyone wanna go to the nighty double with me?" Dal asked looking at me.

"Mee!" Isela said

"Oh....um you wanna go also Lisa" Dal asked not wanting to go alone with Isela.

"Oh um sure" I didn't want to be mean.

"I'll go to" Soda said standing up. I knew he didn't want me to go with Dal.

"Ok then let's all go" I said.

We walked out the door and Dally was walking next to Isela and Soda was walking next to me. When we got there I sat in between Soda and Dallas and Isela sat next to Dallas.

"What movie is playing" Isela asked

"Uh I don't know but its supposed to be scary" I said.

When the movie started I saw Isela interlock her arm with Dallys. Dally quickly moved it away.

"What's wrong" Isela asked Dally

"Nothing" he said not facing her

"Wanna go get some popcorn" Soda asked me

"Sure" I said getting up.

"I'll go to" dal said trying to get up but Isela pulled him down.

"No stay with me" she said

He just strugged and gave Soda a angry look.

"So I'm guessing he still likes you huh" Soda said getting popcorn

"Ya I guess"

I didn't really know what say. I knew he liked me, but it felt awkward to say that to Soda.

"Do you like him back" Soda asked 

I froze when he said that. I didn't know what to say. What would i even say?

"Um....I dont know" I said taking my money out.

"No its ok i got this" Soda said taking out his money  and giving it to the man.

"Thanks Soda"

We walked back to our seats to find Isela resting her head on Dallas's shoulder. I could tell he felt uncomfterable and didn't want her to be doing that. Then he saw us coming and he moved his shoulder a little making move her head away.

"Hey Lisa" he said

"Hey Dal" I said focussing back on the movie.

I saw him staring at me. But i didnt want to look at him. I also didn't know how to tell Isela the truth. When the movie was over we left and started walking to Iselas house. As we were walking we saw a blue mustang come in front of us.

"Stay cool guys" dal said

"Well well who are these two broads" one of the socs said

"Just leave us alone please" I asked

As soon as I said that they punched me in the face so quick non of us had time to think.

"You're gonna pay for that" dal said while Isela and Soda ran over to me.

Soon the other Socs came out and pinned Isela on the floor and Soda was taking the other one down while dallas was fighting one off also.

The other two socs came to me(so there's 5) and one got on top of me and took out his switch blade and cut my chin while the other one kicked my ribs several times.

I felt the blood trinkle down my neck...
