(Michaels POV)
Michael was in his basement thinking about Jeremy and his relationship with Christine when he got a call from Jeremy. {A/N Bold words are the hospital operator.}
"Hey Jeremy!"
"Hello, who is this?"
Michael sits up in his bead confused. This isnt Jeremy.
"Why do you have Jeremy's phone?"
"This is Pamela from the General Hospital of New Jersey. Now who is this?"
"This is Michael Mell. Is Jeremy in the hospital?" Michael runs to the kitchen and grabs his car keys.
"Yes he was in a car accident. What is your relationship with Jeremy? You were the first perosn to come up on his emergency contacts."
Michael is already in his car on the way to the hospital. "I'm his best friend and in also on my way."
"Come to the front office when you get here. Ill direct you to his room."
(****Time Skip****)
Michael runs to Jeremys room in tears. He opens the door and see a nurse standing over him. "Jeremy!" He exclaims. Jeremy opens his eyes slightly but they close fast.
"Thats the most movement hes made since he got here," The nurse says.
He nods to her and sits down next to Jeremys bed. He grabs the boys hand and suddenly breaks into sobs.
"There was another person in the car with him. Christine Canigula. Did you know her?" She looks at Michael questioningly.
"Yes, but did you say 'did'?"
"Yes, sadly she didnt survive the crash."
Michael shakes his head in disbelief. Christine is dead? Ive thought about her dying for so long but now that she is I dont know what to think. Christine has hated Michael ever since her and Jeremy started dating. She even said some nasty things to him a few times. Threatening him in the process making sure he wouldnt tell Jeremy.
Michael looks at Jeremy, his best friend. His life. His first love and kisses his forehead. Michael never liked Christine but it made Jeremy happy so he put up with her.
"In so sorry Jeremy!" He cries even harder. Soon he falls asleep still holding Jeremys hand.
(*****Time Skip****)
Michael wakes up to the sound of Jeremys voice.
"Michael?" Jeremy says.
"Jeremy!" Michael whisper screams.
"I'm sorry Michael!" Jeremy screams. "I didnt mean to choose her over you!"
Michael looks up to see Jeremys eyes still closed. He must be dreaming.
Jeremy screams again. "No Michael! Dont leave. I love you! Dont go!" Jeremy is sobbing at this point. Michael stands up scared. He presses the button to call one of the nurses in. Suddenly Jeremy screams again. The machine thats hooked up to Jeremy starts beeping rapidly and it keeps getting faster.
"I love you Michael!" Jeremy whimpers. Then the machine lets out one long beeeeep. Michael burts into tears.
"JEREMY!" He sobs. The nurse runs in and sees the scene. She immediately calls for back up. Michael is still sobbing and grabbing onto Jeremys hand.
The world goes blurry as he cries harder. At one point soemone grabbed him and led him into the hallway where he sat down still crying. Oh Jeremy! Hs cries. I love you too!
