Only Her

Chapter 7

*what happend before*

I walked inside and unlocked the door, I saw my dad sitting at the table with a strange man, even I recognized him from somewhere, or saw him before? I just smiled and greeted my dad. I ran upstairs, Krissy followed me. I threw all the bags on my bed. And Krissy walked into her room. I sat down on the chair at my desk and called Kaat, Melissa and Emi.

They answered the call fast. It was around 5pm there, so they ended school by now.

"Supp!"

"Wazzap?"

"Heyy!"

They all said at once.

"Hey guys, how's is going?"

They all mumbled something as "good, fine, eh"

We talked for about an hour when they had to end the call to go get their dinner.

Every night- or almost every night I'd try to contact them. I'm not letting distance ruin my

friendship.

After the call ended, I walked up to my balcony and ejoyed the sight. The water, the sound of the waves, the beautiful beach. An image that always changes but never loses its beauty. I walked downstairs to look it my dad was still talking with the stranger. And they were. I forced a smile when I walked by.

"Oh Sou, do you remember my partner? You know his son."

I though for a second. Of course! My dad his work partner is Jordan's dad.

"Oh." I answered. "Nice too see you again, sir." I smiled.

"Please call me Cedric." He smiled. He just looked like his son, only older. And he has brown eyes and more brown then black hair. I smiled as respons.

"Dad, where is Krissy?"

"She left about an hour ago to her work."

"Okay, I'll see you tonight."

I took my bag and walked out. Krissy's work was about 15 minutes walking. So it would be stupid going with the car. I took my headphones and listened to music till I saw Krissy leaning against the glass, to take ice cream.

"Welcome to Galaxy Cream what will it be?" She said without looking up.

"You." I said with a low voice.

Krissy looked up and laughed. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm bored. And don't want me here?"

"No no it's cool, I only need to clean this all up and I'm done." She pointed at all the ice cream on the tables and floor.

"What happend here." I asked with my eyes looking at all the mess.

"The spoiled kid his party." She rolled her eyes and took a broom.

And she started cleaning. I stood up and also took a broom, Krissy looked at me with confusing.

"With two it goes faster right?" And I started with cleaning one half of the place. Krissy did the other. It really went fast, we finished in less then an hour.

"Thanks Sou, really."

"No pro-" my phone started ringing I ran up to my bag and grabbed my phone.

"Hello?"

"Sou! The work party thing I was talking about." Andre said.

"Yea? What about it?" I asked. Krissy was just looking at me and putting the brooms back.
