I kept sitting there for another hour. Queit, I put on my hood of my jacket and stood up.

"Bye."

I stood there for another 10 minutes, gave a small nod and walked away.
I pulled my jacket closer.

"Let's make my father proud."

I muttered to myself and got in my car.

••

I drove home thinking, thinking of everything my dad has been saying to me.

But no! all our last converations where about his returns. I slammed the dashboard out of frustration.
I got on our drive way and opened the front door, it was late so, or everybody will be sleeping, or they're all in the couch watching TV.

I looked around and saw that everything was quiet. I let out a sigh in relief. I'm not in the mood to see them all now, my mascara is on my cheeks now instead of on my lashes, I hate crying.

Sometimes when I don't cry for like months, and when I watch a movie where there is a mini sad part in, I just start crying, because it feels like I've hold my tears back for to long, even I didn't had to cry. Confusing, I know.

When I walked in the kitchen, I took a towel and cleaned my face, my eye fell on a little note taped on the wall.
I took it,

'Sou. Cam told us you'd came home, so we left that you had a little you-time. Call us if you need something + call Cameron. Love, Kris, Emi, Mel & Kaat. x'

I smiled, they know me too well. I walked upstairs and took a shower and got dressed in a pair of joggings and an old sweater. I sat on my bed indie style and took my phone.

"Here we go."

I pressed the green phone icon to call Cameron.
After a few times ringing he finally answered.

"Hey. Uhh they told me to call you." I muttered.

"Oh yea, but first, how are you?" He asked.

"Better." It wasn't a lie tho, I had talked to my dad, and had a little time to think about things.

"Great to hear."

I smiled, they all care and I was a bitch for not seeing that.

"Uh. How are you?" I asked.

This is awkward.

He laughed. "Good, but I'll be there in a bit."

And he hung up. What?

I sat there, confused.
But I made my way downstairs. I lit up the fire place. And sat in the couch infront of it to feel the warmth on me. I closed my eyes and layed back.

After a few minutes,
I heard a ding,

doorbell.

I groaned, I was comfy but noo. Let's ring the bell on the most hatefull moments, like you planned on doing that.

I opened the door I saw Cam holding a bag.

"Come in?" I zeroed on the bag.

He smiled and walked past me, putting the bag on the table.

"So why did you come around? It's like..." I looked at the clock that hung above the fireplace. "11:30pm?"

He shrugged, "let's say I'm worried. And wanted to know if Snow is okay." He made the word Snow pop out of his sentence, I guess he wants an explanation...
