High School ~C.P~ (editing)

Chapter 1

"Wake up dumb ass" I hear an annoying voice say. My eyes suddenly shoot open remembering I'm on the school bus. I had gotten no sleep last night since some stupid dog that lives next door wouldn't shut up. I grab my bag and hop off the bus walking to the lunch room to get some breakfast. As I walk inside I see Aria my best friend. She waves me over and I sit at the empty table with her, "Don't turn around" she say as I open my wallet to grab a few singles for breakfast. I give her a strange look and turn to see Cole Pendery walking into the lunch room. My stomach automatically drops. Why is he so attractive. Okay yes..I have a crush on one of the most popular guys at school but in my defense he isn't the average popular guy. He's a tall adorable blonde with mesmerizing eyes and a day changing smile. What I've recently noticed is he's often excused from school for unknown reasons. He was on the soccer team until he started getting taken out of school and of course that made every girl love him even more. He's mysterious and cute..but the best part is he doesn't notice how popular he is. He doesn't act like a jerk and let the popularity go to his head he's a "normal" teenager. 

"Bri can we get some breakfast I'm starving" Aria says pulling me to the coffee machine. I wince at the sight of the food, "No thanks I'm not really hungry" I say as she hands me a muffin. Aria rolls her eyes sticking the muffin in her bag, "Let's go to the mall after school"

 "Alright" I laugh as she basically demands I hang out with her. That's one reason I love Aria whenever she wants something she goes for it and never takes no for an answer. I know I know she sounds bossy..but she really isn't she just knows what she wants. 

The day goes by extremely slow but finally the last bell rings and I rush out of the classroom before I can get pushed into the crowd. I walk into the student parking lot to meet Aria at her car, once we get to the mall we eat some food and then automatically go to our favorite store Hollister. 

"Look at this cute dress!" Aria says holding it up on me. I look down at the off white sun dress with pinkish white flower patterns. Aria practically pushes me into the dressing room and I put on the dress. Starring down at myself in the mirror my pink lips curve into a smile. I push my brown hair over my shoulders and twirl around. The dress falls a few inches above my knees and fits my small body perfectly. I come out of the dressing room and posting for Aria as she laughs and snaps a few pictures. Out of the corner of my eye I see familiar blonde hair walking past..my stomach turns as I conclude its Cole. I run back into the dressing room and change as fast as I can before hurrying out of the store. I walk extremely fast and turn around to see if Aria is following me. Suddenly I smacked straight into a caramel skinned slightly rather short boy. All his bags clattered on the floor and I apologetically picked them up, "I'm so sorry" I say handing him his stuff. 

"It's fine" he says with a friendly smile. "Nice job Dana" Cole chuckles patting him on the shoulder. I stare speechlessly at both of them, oh my god Cole Pendery is standing less then 2 feet away from me. "Bri!" Aria runs over out of breath, "oh my god" she whispers once she sees who I'm talking to. I nudge her as she awkwardly smiled at the boys.

 "Bri..as in Briella?" Cole asks tilting his head up. I gulp when I realize he knows my name, staring at him as words fail to come to my mouth. 

"Yes Briella Rose that's her name." Aria answers for me glancing at me with crooked eyebrows. "We go to school together" he smiles making my stomach do flips. "Wow that's a really pretty name" Dana says flashing his gorgeous brown eyes at me. I try to control the grin thats growing rapidly on my face as my secret crush and his attractive friend stand inches away from me. 

 "Do you want to come to the food court with us?" Dana ask looking down at me. I freeze..Cole Pendery and his friends] want me to go get food with them?! "Um I can't sorry" I say before rushing away. If I didn't get out of there I would have passed out right in front of them.

 "What the hell was that?!" Aria gasps catching up to me. "Aria you know how nervous I get around him!" I whine biting my lip as I look back at the two boys who look very disappointed. "Let's just leave." I say making my way towards the exit. Aria sighs and walked to her car. "I can't believe you said no" she huffs as we turned to corner of my street. Me neither.
