I wake up with a start as someone bangs on the door I try to get up but I feel a meat stick pull me back to the bed
"Hunter, babe, I need to get up" he groans at me but lets me up. the banging on the door stops as I walk towards it as they pause I hear one more bang on the door but with the blanket still around my shoulders I open the door to see a guy standing there "hello how may I help you?" I ask as he looks like he just saw the dead
"um well...I'm here for the alpha" he stutters out when he sees Hunter trudging up behind me he stringing up standing tall but both of us- well I'm tired and as soon as Hunter is right behind me I duck under his arm and make my way back to the bed I can hear the low murmurs of them at the door but soon the door shuts
"who was that?" I mumble into the pillow when Hunter gets back in the bed and wraps his arms around me
"just my beta nothing to worry about" he whispers in my hair" but we have to get up" he pulls me with him to the bathroom he puts the shower on and since we where already naked he just stepped into the stream of water after the shower we get dressed and ready to face the day
------time skip~------
its the end of the day and all went well. well... kinda just a few threats to the pack
"Hunter, when do you think it'll end?" I ask him as we lay in bed me cuddled up to his chest he hums at the question
"well with you being the blue wolf I don't know" he confesses his worry to me through the mate bond as well we just stay in each other's arms that night just loving the fact that we're here
--------mega time skip~-------(sorry getting lazy)
Haden ran through the underbrush her little feet making small snapping noises as her older brother Odis as they play a game of tag as me and Hunter watch them play holding their little brother Seth in my arms we can hear the little giggles coming from Haden as they run around all of a sudden they come running back in a fright Hunter stands as we see rouges in the forest stalking closer to the pack house ' everyone we are under attack get in the bunker and warriors out front fast' I send out to the pack everyone is fast
"Celeste go with them" Hunter throws over his shoulder "the pups will need you, ill be back" I nod as he runs at the wolves and I rush with the pups to the bunker and we stay there till we can feel the relief through the pack link and we all go to the door with me in front in case but Hunter opens the door and we all get out and start to clean up the rouges I find a note
IT'S NOT OVER YET~
I unconsciously project my emotions to the pack and I can feel myself getting picked up and feel the sparks all over I can hear someone talking but it doesn't register the panic I feel setting in as the darkness creeps in
"don't worry I got you" Hunter whisper in my ear as he walks us to our room and just as the darkness pulls me to sleep I can feel the kids cuddle into my sides and Hunter pulling us all to him and falling asleep but we can tell a new part of our story has just begone.
