Chapter I - Aftermath

News Anchor: After heavy fighting and battles over many months The Dark Force have successfully driven out cartel forces and influence, it has been confirmed that Javier Madrazo has been killed during a siege of his base of operations.

3 Days Later

Dark Force agents and civilians are at the memorial ceremony of killed Dark Force agents

Nick: Over the last few months, this city was under siege and in the control of cartel forces, but through the countless battles fought and endured, we have won and driven them out and our city is once again safe. Our victory though, has come at a cost. For every civilian life saved was a Dark Force agent killed and it is through their sacrifice that millions and millions of lives are free and safe, free to live without fear of cartel raids, free of extortion and tonight ladies and gentlemen, we honor our fallen agents.

After the memorial ceremony, Alexis is left looking at the names of her fallen friends, Adam Scott, Roland Connors, Richard Montoya, and Eli Carter

Alexis: Look at this Jason, thousands and thousands of names, thousands and thousands of people dead and for what, because one man wanted to take over the city?! Jason: And this doesn't even begin to cover the people who've died, Oscar, my mom, and the innocence lost. Alexis: You killed him didn't you? Jason: Who? Alexis: Colton, just before you got out didn't you? Jason: .... Alexis. Alexis: It's ok, I can't say I wouldn't do the same.

The next day at around mid day Jason go see's Ellen at her apartment

Jason: Hey, how are you holding up? Ellen: I don't know. Things haven't been easy since moving here. Jason: Yeah it's been tough but the worst is behind us now. Ellen: Yeah hopefully. Does this mean your vigilante days are over? Jason: The only reason I became a vigilante was because Nick wouldn't do anything about the impending cartel siege at the time but now with them gone, there's no reason now. Ellen: Sure there is, you just got to find it.

Jason gets a call from Alexis

Jason: Hello? Alexis: Hey we got a bit of a situation here at Deacon Bank, I think you should get here.

Alexis is looking at a image of a spray paint red dragon on a piece of broken wall

Later Jason arrives

Jason: What's going on?

Jason stops as he notices the dragon

Alexis: The two bank robbers were found tied up and unconscious nearby.

Jason examines the dragon

Alexis: Seem familiar? Jason: No... this wasn't me. Alexis: Another vigilante? Jason: Seems like it but why?

Bradley is interrogating the robbers

Bradley: Who did this to you? Robber: The vigilante, he came out of nowhere. Bradley: The Deacon city vigilante. Robber 2: No a new guy, he was dressed in a black and red suit and cowl. Bradley: Huh interesting.

Jason is on top of the building to see any prints or anything that could show which way the vigilante went
Jason gets blind sided by Roman Sionis and gets taken down

Sionis: I heard there was a vigilante attack, now imagine my surprise when I see you here. Jason: What, you're going to do this now with a bunch of Dark Force agents ready to kill you at the first chance they get? Sionis: A few of them are on my payroll, I'm sure they won't have a problem with me.
