Chapter II

Jason wakes up in a hospital

Alexis: Hey. Jason: Hey, how long have I been out? Alexis: Not long, just a day and a half. The vigilante's struck again. Jason: Feels weird hearing that and not knowing what happened.

Jason gets up and sits up

Alexis: What are you going to do about them? Jason: I don't know, maybe nothing, try to find him I guess.

In a hideout, The Dragon is crossing a name of a list

News Reporter: In other news senator David Bowman will be visiting Deacon City in celebration of it's recent liberation.

The Dragon grabs his gear and heads out
David Bowman's limo arrives and drives through the city but before it can arrive at city hall, The Dragon intercepts and attacks the limo
Two security guards exit and point their guns ready to shoot The Dragon but he flips off and knocks them both out with Kai sticks
David Bowman is hiding in his limo but The Dragon pulls him out
David tries getting away but The Dragon shoots a throwing knife from a wrist mechanism at his arm pinning him

The Dragon: David Bowman, your time has come! David: I don't know what your talking about!

The Dragon puts and digs his knee into his back

The Dragon: You funded the Madrazo cartel! Everything they did and everyone they killed was only possible because of you!

The Dragon digs his knee further

David: You fool! I did no such thing! The Dragon: Multiple off shore accounts and transactions say other wise! David: They're untraceable, you'll never prove a thing! The Dragon: I don't have to! Millions died because of you, you don't deserve to live!

The Dragon breaks his back, killing him as police arrive
The Dragon leaves

Later Jason arrives and looks at the crime scene
Jason notices scuff marks on a wall and starts climbing up the sides of the building
When he gets to the top he finds nothing and tries to determine which way The Dragon could've went but reaches a dead end

As Jason is about to leave a knife with a note on it flies infront of his face and hits a wall

Jason looks to see where it came from and see's nothing
Jason reads the note and it says to meet on top of an apartment building

Later in the night Jason arrives at the place, Jason waits for a good 5 minutes until the sender finally arrives, it's The Dragon

Jason: It's you, you're the vigilante. The Dragon: Takes one to know one doesn't it. Jason:... What do you want? The Dragon: A partnership, we can help each other in taking down Roman Sionis. Jason: He killed my mom, I don't plan on letting him getting away with it. The Dragon: He won't. Jason: Who are you anyway? The Dragon:... The Dragon. Jason: And under the mask? The Dragon: It won't be that easy Jason. Meet me at the old warehouse at the bay.

The Dragon starts leaving

Jason: What for? The Dragon: You'll see, and come prepared.

Later Jason arrives in full gear and sees The Dragon

The Raven: What are we doing here? The Dragon: You know that bounty hunter Aleksandr Ivanov? The Raven: Yeah, he shot me in the knee. The Dragon: Well he's been operating out of here, ever since his under the table deals with the director of the Dark Force. The Raven: What? The Dragon: Alexandr Ivanov is under Nicholas' payroll. The Raven: His own personal bounty hunter. Why are we going after him then? The Dragon: Aleksandr Ivanov is guilty of multiple murders across the county, he's not a man of morals, always going to the highest payer. We're here to put a stop to it. The Raven: How do you know this? The Dragon: I have friends in high places, that's how I was able to track him here. The Raven: So what do we do? The Dragon: We cut the power and drop in from the roof

Jason goes around to the fuse box

The Dragon: You better be quick about this because as soon as the power goes out they'll suspect somethings up. The Raven: That paranoid huh.

Jason cuts the power and The Dragon breaches the skylight taking out 4 men in the process
The Dragon starts tracking Aleksandr Ivanov
Jason enters from a side window

Jason is walking along a cat walk and takes out 2 men charging at him

A guard runs into the room Aleksandr is in

Guard: Boss! It's the vigilante, he's here!

The Dragon drops another guard into the room and drops in from a scaffolding
All the guards start shooting but the Dragon takes them all down until its just him and Aleksandr

Aleksandr: Not bad, but I've seen better.

Aleksandr throws a throwing knife at the Dragon but The Dragon evades it
A fight between the two breaks out
Jason arrives
Jason joins in the fight making it two on one
Aleksandr takes out Jason making it one on one again
The Dragon takes back to reassess the situation and throws out a ball creating a blinding light
The Dragon moves in and takes down Aleksandr Ivanov for good by throwing his head down to the ground
Jason goes to the Dragon

The Raven: I didn't know you had that. The Dragon: I only had one, and that was it.

The Raven and The Dragon leave Aleksandr at Deacon Police Department tied up

The Raven and The Dragon are talking on a roof

The Raven: You're a good fighter, I'll give you that. Who trained you? The Dragon: I have some very powerful friends. The Raven: Oh really? Is that how you figured out who I was? The Dragon: I've known who you were since I first left the city. The Raven: Who are you? The Dragon: I'm just another guy like you fighting for their city. Nice talking.

The Dragon leaves

Jason goes to ledge to see The Dragon leaving but The Dragon is out of sight
Jason turns around and see's Lady Shiva

The Raven: You! I'll kill you for what you did!

Jason takes up a fighting stance

Lady Shiva: Stop! I'm not here to fight! The Raven: What do you want. Lady Shiva: I'm here to make you an offer you can't refuse.
