Jason takes Dick Grayson back to the hideout and tries to contact Jay Garrick
Jason: This is The Raven, mission has gone awry, Nightwing is unresponsive.
The radio is silent
Jason: Jay!
Jay Garrick speeds into the room
Jay: What the hell happened? Jason: Azrael. Jay: What? Jason: Azrael is alive! Jay: Then everything is much more worse than we feared.
At the hideout
Jay: Azrael is out there kid, and he's to dangerous to be kept alive, so we're sending you with an insertion team to find him and either take him out, or take him down, do what you gotta do kid, but come back alive.
Jason arrives with the insertion team consisting of Wild Dog and Aztek
The Raven: Just us 3 huh. Wild Dog: It's just the way it is, all the big shots are off planet somewhere. Aztek: So what are we waiting for? The Raven: Azrael is dangerous, he's already taken out Nightwing. Wild Dog: That's why we have guns. The Raven: Let's just hope it's enough.
The three move and start looking for Azrael
Wild Dog: It's all clear over here. The Raven: Yeah it's clear over here too. Aztek how about you?
No Response from Aztek
The Raven: Aztek... Crap. Wild Dog I'm going to you!
Wild Dog starts getting choked by Azrael
Jason arrives and tries blind siding Azrael
Azrael force pushes Jason back knocking him out
Azrael turns to Wild Dog again
Azrael: Tell me vigilante. Why is it you do what you do? Wild Dog: To keep people safe.... from people like you. Azrael: Such a shame.
Azrael stabs Wild Dog
Azrael: That you threw your life away in such a meaningless venture.
Wild Dog falls and dies
The Raven: No!
Azrael turns around
Azrael: So you're still alive.. good!
Azrael picks Jason up and starts beating him down
Jason tries to fight back but can't due to Azrael's speed and fury
Azrael knocks out Jason by throwing him against the wall hard leaving him bloody, bruised and broken
Later Jay finds Jason still unconsious
Jay: Jason!
