Chapter XVIII - The Court of Owls

James: The Court of Owls!

James starts walking

Alexis: Where are you going? James: To hunt them all down! Alexis: Where did you learn to do all that? James: Long story, let's just say Green Arrow, assassins, and leave it at that? Alexis: League of Assassins? James: Oh, they're on this earth too. That's cool.

Jason is home when he hears a noise

A hooded figure breaks in and starts fighting Jason

Jason gets up and a fight commences

Jason grabs the hooded figure and flips him breaking a stand

The hooded figure kick Jason in the chin while doing a kip up

The fight continues with punches being thrown and blocked

The shadowed figure picks Jason up and slams him and is about to kill him but gets shot and killed by Alexis

Alexis: Are you okay? Jason: What the hell was that? James: It was a member of The Court of Owls. Jason: Who are you? James: James, I'm from another universe.

Jason looks at Alexis but she only shrugs her shoulders

James: They're from my earth, they're a secret crime organization that barely anyone even knows about, they can even be on this earth too and no one knows it. Jason: So you're from another universe? James: Yeah and from what I've seen, It's way different from this one Jason: Oh yeah how so? James: Well no cartel threat for one, Deacon City doesn't exist, and we went through a galaxy wide invasion. Jason: What? Alexis: So how are you planning on getting back to your "earth" James: When I was searching around the internet, I found out what earth I'm on so its just a matter of how I'm getting back, but for now lets just focus on getting rid of your guys' little pest problem. Jason: Yeah, in the meantime, I guess you can sleep here until you get back. James: Thanks. Jason: My names Jason by the way.

Later James is alone as he looks around feeling lost and uncomfortable

James: Dammit Leia, I need you.

James goes to sit on the couch but stands up as he sits on something in his back pocket

When he goes to take it out, its a crest given to him back on his earth

Suddenly his eyes light up

James: Jay...

He quickly speeds off to Glendale to and arrives at Jay's hideout

James: Jay? Garrick! The old man must be sleeping.

Suddenly a orange streak flashes into the room and would have hit him had it not been for his speed, it's Jay

Jay: Dammit kid it's you! I nearly took your head off. James: Have to catch me first to be able to do that.

They quickly shake hands

Jay: What are you doing here? I could've sworn we saw each other not too long ago. Did Barry send you? James: No, I actually got here on my own, but now I'm stuck. Jay: But why would you do that if you didn't know how to get back? How did you even manage to in the first place? James: Remember those people I told you about? The Court of Owls. Jay: Yeah. James: They're here. Jay: What? James: They were up to something back on my earth. At first, we didn't know what but now it's easy to see. They're trying to expand by invading other earths. I need to stop them, and until then, I can't go back. Jay: Do you need me to help? James: No I can manage. They're up in a city called Deacon. Jay: Oh so you have Jason helping you. James: Jay, I swear you know everyone. How do you know who that is? Jay: He's a friend. James: Vigilante or speedster? Jay: Vigilante.
