Chapter 5: The Test pt1

Erin's POV
The teacher yelled go over the speaker beginning the test. I ran in front of everyone looking for the robots. As soon as I spotted five robots, I ran right at them and shocked them with lightning. With those five robots down, I ran on in search of more.
~in the monitoring room~
Deku's POV
"This girl really has a lot of potential" I said while thinking that she could possibly be my successor. To be quite honest, I see a bit of myself in her, for several reasons. However, it seems as if she is holding back. "Send in the zero pointers" the headmaster said. If she is to be my successor, she must defeat this zero pointer.
~on testing ground~
Erin's POV
As I was running around the testing ground after having taken down a lot of robots, I ran into the zero pointer for this testing ground. "Crap" I said contemplating on whether or not I should just avoid it or defeat it. Then I thought that a true hero defeats any villain that threatens our peaceful way of life. At that moment, I knew what I had to do. I propelled myself up with my lightning and shot the huge thing down in one big bolt of lightning. I landed gracefully while the robot fell to the ground with a loud boom. Well that was easy enough, I thought to myself as I dusted off my hands.
~in the monitoring room~
Deku's POV
I sat in silence along with everyone else right after she took down the giant robot. "Impressive" I said with a bit of pride. After that, all of the faculty had their eyes on her, watching and waiting for what she would do next.
