Erin's POV
When we go to UA, we rushed to the auditorium to not be late for orientation. We reached the auditorium just in time. "So, do you want to maybe sit together again" he said with a slight blush. "Sure, it would totally be great to sit with someone I know" I said with a kind smile. We went into the auditorium and sat down. "I never got to see your quirk in action you know" I said with curiosity. "Oh yeah, guess we didn't end up seeing each other during the test" he said. That's not true, I saw him while I was above the city looking for robots. "I would totally love to see you use it! Please" I said begging him with my puppy dog eyes. "S-sure" he stuttered as his whole face turned red. "So you remember how my quirk allows me to create objects out of light, right" he asked me. "Yeah totally" I said with a smile. "EAK!" I said in surprise as he made a sword from light. "Please not in here" I said trying to hint at him to make the sword disappear. "Oh, yeah, right" he said with a blush as he made the sword disappear. "You scared me" I said slapping his arm. "S-sorry" he said looking away flustered.
Jalen's POV
Why do I have to be so obvious? "And my other quirk lets me borrow someone else's quirk by just touching them" I said as I reached my hand over to her to try and use my borrowing quirk. She flinched back as if she didn't want me to use my quirk on her. "O-oh look its starting" she said with a nervous smile. I'm still curious about what that was just now.
Erin's POV
That was way too close, he can't find out what my quirk really is, at least, not yet. "Oh my gosh! Is that who I think it is?" I said to Jalen in excitement. "I think so!" He said back with the same level of excitement. Jalen and I could not believe that the pro hero Deku was here. The rumors that I heard about him teaching here this year were true. The two of us could barely contain our excitement because we might get the chance to talk to him. Neither of us could believe our luck.
