jeongguk and jimin sat on a park bench, it was still chilly in the city. their breaths crystalized in the air, yet the two held little cups of frozen yogurt in their hands. jeongguk sighs, stabbing his spoon into the contents and setting the cup on the arm of the bench. "you think he's falling for tae?"

jimin starred forward, scrunching his lips to the side and shaking his head 'no'. "not a chance, why do you ask?"

jeongguk shrugs, starring at his hands. "they've been around each other so much, and he's been lying to me about it. making up shit excuses, and it stings." he chuckled dryly.

jimin's gaze drifts over to jeongguk, and he hums. "that's shitty, why would he lie? that makes it seem like he has something to hide."

"exactly." jeongguk sneers, coughing after.

jimin sighs, leaning back into the bench. "have you asked him about it? like confronted him?"

jeongguk shook his head, grabbing his cup again and scooping a bite, "no, i just kinda been ignoring him." he stuffs the spoon in his mouth.

jimin chuckles, flicking jeongguk's shoulder. "that makes you an asshole too, y'know."

jeongguk shrugs, and the two sit in pondering. but, jeongguk coughs again. it's stronger this time, his throat feels like its been scratched up. he coughs and coughs, and jimin turns to him.

"koo, you okay?" jimin sits up, but jeongguk doesn't respond. he continues to cough.

he stops, for a moment, and spits out the metallic liquid that coated his tongue. he wipes his mouth, and see's a long line of red. blood.

his breathing starts to pick up, his chest aches, along with his entire stomach. he holds himself, his skin turns pale.

"jeongguk, what's wrong?" jimin holds the boy against him so he doesn't fall onto the ground, jeongguk is panting. 'no air, no air.'

his eyes feel heavy, with every blink they close more. "c—call.. help.." he mumbles, jimin barely able to hear. he quickly grabs his phone and dials 119.

jeongguk starts coughing again, and his eyes finally close.

'just.. a nap...'
