The next day, I was the last one to wake up. Which was sort of odd, because everyone except for Mark and Stormie slept like zombies. Rolling out of bed, I put on some pants and walked down the stairs. No one was around. Not Riker. Not Mark or Stormie. No one.

"Hello?" I called out. No reply. I went into the kitchen and saw a piece of paper folded up with my name in Riker's horrible font and a smiley face next to it. Smiling, I unfolded the paper and read aloud. "Marilyn, everyone went out to see the tour bus and claim bunk space. You were too cute when you were asleep so I couldn't wake you up. Be back at around twelve. Xo, Rik."

The clock read 9:00 a.m. I had three hours to myself. What to do! I could 1. Lay around all day and sleep 2. Shower and make plans for the day or 3. Watch movies. I combined the all of my options and showered and gathered up an array of movies. I watched The Lion King first and took a snack break afterward. I heard my phone ringing so I dashed upstairs to answer it.

"Hellooo?"

Riker's tender voice replied, "Hi baby."

"What's up?" I crawled back under my blanket after putting in Finding Nemo.

"We just got the tour bus settled. The bunks are pretty big on the inside. What are you doing?"

"Watching movies and talking to you. Being super productive."

Riker chuckled sexily and I just about fainted. "So you're probably in those amazing pink cow pajamas that I love so much, aren't you?"

"Yeah," I blushed.

"Got any room on the couch?"

I laughed, "Yeah. Why?" The back door creaked opened and I sat up, seeing Riker with his phone pressed to his ear smiling at me.

He smiled, "Can I join?" I hung up and hugged him, pulling him onto the couch with me. I planted a kiss on his sugarcane lips and rested my head on his chest, his heart beat soothing to me.

"Get a room!" Ross wolfed as everyone else shuffled in. I rolled my eyes and closed my eyes, focusing on Riker's heartbeat. I've realized that you have no control over who you love. Love is just a pool of gasoline that everyone has in their heart, and one person comes along and acts as a lighter, firing up that feeling inside of you. Love is a burning passion. Love is scary. Love is amazing. Love is everything you can imagine. ,Loving someone is amazing and scary and everything you can imagine. But in the end, it's worth it.

"Hey Rik,"

"Yeah?" His chest vibrated when he spoke, tickling my ear. I propped myself up on one elbow and looked at him.

"I love you." I kissed him with more fire than I ever had. He smiled into the kiss and rested his forehead against mine.

"I love you, too." We watched the rest of the Pixar film with our arms wrapped around each other. The end credits rolled, and Riker stroked my hair. Minuets passed and the tv screen had gone black, we were still sitting there.

"Let's do something." Riker said.

"But we're always doing something everyday. We should lay in bed all day with a bag of chips." Riker laughed at me while I kept a serious face.

"Let's go to the beach. I promise we'll have a total lazy day tomorrow filled with chips and cuddling but today, let's go to the beach." He kissed my nose and rolled off the couch, me following behind him. I spread the word to others and started to get ready for the beach. I stripped down in the closet and put on a bright white bikini and a shirt and shorts over it. I slipped into some flip flops and got together my beach bag.

"That's a pretty color on your toes." Riker mentioned about my bright pink nail polish when I walked out.

"Thanks," I kissed his lips. "Let's go." Everyone piled into my car and I drove to the nearest beach. We all ran to the sand, the boys getting on their surfing gear while Rydel and I rolled our eyes and set up for tanning.

"What's the dish on you and that guy?" I snickered as I spread tanning oil over my arms and legs.

"Ben's amazing. We have a date tomorrow and I'm super nervous. It's, like, my first date ever!"

I laid down on my back. "I'll help you get ready."

"Thanks. Now I gotta work on my tan!" Rydel and I tanning made me think back to the first time I hung out with her. It was the exact situation, her brothers swimming and we were tanning. I smiled as I reminisced.

Rydel's siblings, Rocky, Ross, and the youngest one, Ryland, were already out there. And, of course, Riker.

I turned to Rydel with sweaty palms. "I'm nervous."

"Calm down. The worst he could do is toss you in the pool. I'm quite sure you could just bite him and it'll be all good!" She rambled. I rolled my eyes.

"Fine." We sat down in the two chairs on the pool side and tanned. After around ten minuets, I flipped over. I could hear the boys making splashes and felt the water droplets on my back.

"Marilyn, come get in the pool." I heard Rocky say.

"No thanks, boys." I replied. They continue playing, until I felt someone pick me up. I opened my eyes and saw Riker smirking.

"Put me down before I bite you again."

"Relax, I'm just playing around." Riker respond. He tossed me in the air, and I held my breath. The water stings as it hits my bare skin. I resurfaced and saw Riker busting his ass laughing.

"Jerk." I mumbled. I shrugged and tossed Rydel my shades and she put them in her chair. She got in the pool and swam around with me.

I turned on my back and thought random thoughts as I tanned. When I was finally done, I stood up and started to go into the water. Waist deep in salty water, Riker tackled me from the side and we went down in laughter.

"Hey!" I squealed when I came up.

Riker pointed into the distance. "Let's go all the way out there." He took my hand pulled me with him. We laughed on the way out there but my short stature got lost in water so Riker swooped me up until he was chest deep in water.

"You're beautiful." He cooed with a smile.

"Thank you. It's great to hear that, you know."

"I only speak the truth. I'm sorry that we won't get to spend your twentieth and Christmas together this year." My birthday fell on a tour date in December.

"I'm sorry that I won't be there for your twentieth."

Riker's mouth twisted into a smile, "One more year and we can legally drink." I laughed lightly. "Visit me one day, will you?"

"I'll try." Riker carried me back until I could swim in the water. We held a race between the two of us and I won, getting back to the shore first.

Eleven days.
