I was nervous to text Grayson. I missed him, I really did, but I just cant trust him and what if he hurts me?

I had to scroll for ages through my messages to find him. when I reached him name I hesitated for a while but then finally had the guts and put my finger to the keyboard

y/n: meet me at 'my place' after school at 4pm or I'm just gonna do it myself

I put my phone away and popped my stuff onto the passenger seat of my car. I now had a free period and decided to grab some food. I had this period and then lunch to get back to school. I decided to go to the café meet and Ethan went to. I plug my aux in and as I was taking of the handbrake someone was calling me. it was E

Ethan: you just gonna leave me school with these fuck tards?

y/n: aren't you in class right now?

Ethan: nah, I have the same free periods as you

y/n: oh cool! do you want to grab some lunch with me?

Ethan: I thought you would never ask

all of a sudden Ethan hung up and then I heard someone open the car door. it made me jump. it was Ethan and he laughed.

y/n: I am gonna grab some food and then go to mine to do some study. you can come back to mine after we eat if you want?

Ethan: gladly!

we start to drive and jam out to my songs. we had a singing competition and obviously I won! we both had a lot of fun and were so hungry from singing

we find a table and the waiter takes our order

Ethan and I: pizza please!

Waiter: will be here shortly

Ethan: thanks

the waiter walks away and me and Ethan talk about the homework we have

y/n: I have to do this stupid English essay with your bitchass brother. we are meeting up aftr school to do it

Ethan: oh im sorry y/n

Y/n: nah its all good. at least I can ask some questions

Ethan: true

Y/n: anways, how are things with Emma?

Ethan: haven't talked to her but she seems pretty bummed about it

just I was about to speak I see the waiter come out with a massive pizza me and Ethan decided to split. I have a huge grin on my face and grab not Ethan's shoulder signalling him to look. I put my head on his shoulder and jump around a bit. I keep pointing at the huge pizza and smiling. he laughs at my childishness

Ethan: you really love pizza don't you?

Y/n: maybe even more then you

Ethan: we will see about that

we start to eat away and I smile while dancing. Ethan notices and giggles to himself

ETHAN'S P.O.V

Y/n was so happy to see the pizza. she was jumping around and grabbing onto my shoulder

when we started to eat she was dancing a bit

Ethan: your cute when your happy

she looked down and blushed. I was wondering why she did that and then I realised that I said it out loud.

why was I thinking that? do I like y/n? I really don't want to fuck our friendship up!

y/n: so I'm only cute when I'm happy?

Ethan: you aren't gonna forget that are you? I didn't mean to sat, it just slipped out

Y/n: no I'm not

I roll my eyes playfully an she laughs. we continue to eat the pizza until we are full. we made it about three quarters into the pizza but decided to take the rest home.

we jumped back in the car after I fighted to pay for the pizza

we drive for about 10 minutes until we arrive at y/n's. her parents were at work so we were home alone. we had 2 and a half house to study which was perfect for study
