Chapter 89- surgery

ETHAN'S P.O.V
I woke up in my warm bed back home. We had a week till school resumed back so I had heaps of time to hangout with Emma.

Today I was planning on visiting Emma at the hospital before she goes into surgery today. She was getting a surgery done for her brain.

I had laid in bed for a while and it was time to get up. I put on my running outfit and head down stairs to make eggs on toast.

I walk into Graysons room seeing him cuddling next to y/n. Let me just say that they are each other's ones.
I decided to take a photo because I know one of them would want it for later. I jump in the bed waking them up like a little kid on Christmas.
Grayson: what the fuck Ethan?!
Y/n: aaahhhh! What's going on ?
Ethan: sorry I just wanted someone to go do activities with. I will make breakfast if you come see Emma with me?
Y/n: I was already going to see Emma before her surgery
Grayson: what surgery?
Ethan and y/n: on her head. We told you this
Grayson: wow! Maybe you and Ethan are the real twins here
Ethan: not look wise though
We all laugh then I walk out of the room as they get changed

Grayson: wow! This is really good E
Y/n: yeah
Ethan: why are you guys acting like it's a surprise
Grayson: because it is
After dinner we all went for a run then to the hospital once we had a shower.

EMMA'S P.O.V
I think today was the day I went into surgery for my brain or something. Ethan, Grayson and y/n who are apparently my friends came back from New Jersey yesterday night. They are coming in soon to be here for me.

I am eating my last meal before surgery. It was roasted potato with mash potato and chips. I was happily eating away when y/n, Ethan and another guy walks in the room. I'm guessing the other boy with Grayson, he looked like a twin of Ethan's, maybe they are
Y/n: hey Em!
Emma: hey y/n, Ethan and I'm guessing Grayson?
Grayson: wow. She really has forgotten everything
Y/n: yep, but not for long
Ethan: I missed you
Emma: I missed you guys too
Doctor: alright ms. Chamberlain, it's time to head into surgery
Emma: wish me lucky guys
As I head into surgery y/n and Grayson walk out hand in hand which is really cute. Ethan stops me and holds his hands around my face. I instantly get butterflies in my stomach as he looked into my eyes. He softly pushed his plumped lips against mine. It felt amazing even though I knew nothing about him.
Ethan: sorry, I just couldn't wait any longer
Emma: no, it's fine, I enjoyed it
Ethan: I'm glad
I quickly squeeze his hand and walk away when he runs up to me again and kisses my cheek. I blush and get those butterflies in me again.

I have just come back from surgery and I feel weird. The nurse told me that I lost my memory but received it back. It just feels like I have just paused my life.

I sat in my bed reflecting what has happened when my besties and handsome boyfriend walks through the door
Y/n: who's my favourite human ?
Everyone: me of coarse
Y/n: yes!
Ethan: I missed you so much Em
Emma: I did too
Grayson: how do you feel?
Emma: great actually, it's a mellow vibe in here
Ethan: the old Emma is back
We all sit and talk for ages about old memories of our friendship. We laughed so much that I almost cried.

A nurse comes in to check up on my every now and again until one time I was expecting a nurse it was a police officer
Ethan: sorry, I think you have the wrong room
Cop: does this room belong to Emma chamberlain?
Emma: well, it doesn't belong to me
Cop: are you smart mouthing ?
Y/n: she didn't mean it
Emma: yes, I am Emma. Why?
Cop: we have news on your sudden memory loss alone with Ethan Dolan
Ethan: that's me
Grayson: anyways, what about it?
Cop: it was done on per purpose
Y/n: what?!
Cop: it was....
