Chapter 40- secrets at the table/ swimming pool

ETHAN'S P.O.V

We walk into 'my place' and sit in a booth. I sit next to Y/n and across from us sat Gray

we order our lunch after finalising our decision

Grayson: are you parents mad about your suspension?

Y/n: no, they think she deserved it

Ethan: I don't get why she would say those things. they weren't true because look at you, you are truly beautiful

Grayson pouts out his bottom lip and y/n laughs at his childish ways, but I give him a look that tells him to stop and y/n notices

Me and Grayson start to explain to y/n what the deal was

We all laugh and then start to eat our food after it is delivered to us

We arrive at the school and I drop Grayson off so he can get back to class

Grayson: haves for coming y/n and dropping me off

Grayson: maybe but now that the deal is out in the open it has been broken off

me and Ethan watch as Grayson walks away waving. we then sit and in silence just enjoying each others presents

Ethan and I sit at his dining table on our phones until he suggests we go swimming in his pool

Ethan: you could always just go in your under garments and I can wear my boxers?

Y/n: as tempting as that sounds I could always just borrow some of Cameron's bather

we both laugh and then head up to Cam's room to find some clothes for me

after 5 minutes of searching I found a red bikini that fits perfectly

I walk down stairs and see him in his bordies. Damn did he look good

he see's me come down stairs in my bikini and he begins to stare. I seem to do the same

Y/n: you aren't looking to bad yourself

we walk out side and he jumps in first causing water to splash on me. He comes up from the surface to see my skin all wet and then smirks

he then hops out of the water and comes towards me. I put my hair in a bun

I go to grab his hand but he pulls me in. I fell Ethan pull me up to the surface the second my head went under the water

Ethan: still in the friend zone?

Y/n: yes, a lot in fact, but you are still in the friendzone
