Before the storm

It is really peaceful, living alone, but by god does it get lonely. I quickly slipped on some clothes and got ready to go to the grocery store.

I loved going to the grocery store, I could see Fran. She was the owner, along with her husband Ted; every time I went I would get a discount because they knew me and Harry so well. But Harry wasn't here anymore, so it wasn't the same.

I grabbed my rather large purse and swung it across my shoulder, placing my sunglasses on my eyes and slipping my white IPhone in my pocket after glancing at my case.

I could feel tears, pushing to get out, but I restrained them. I've had this case for ages. The day that Harry Left for X-Factor, he grabbed the permanent marker that I always kept in my pocket for some reason, I don't anymore, and drew 'Harry <3 Jess' on the back.

I refused to get a new case, no matter how much it was ruined, and how un-protective it was. I breathed in and finally unlocked the front door, stepping out into the warm weather of Cheshire, well this was unusual.

I started walking towards the store, but stopped at the small little coffee shop. I walked through the door and up to the counter and ordered my usual, Hot Chocolate with a small strawberry on the side dipped in chocolate, yum.

The coffee lady I had never seen before handed me my order and I sat down at the only booth left, closest to the window. I rested my back up against the window and the bell rung, meaning another customer had walked through the door.

I slowly peered over to see none other than One Direction walk into the same coffee shop. Joy! I slouched my head a bit, trying not to make me recognisable, not like Harry would notice me anyway.

I didn't want to see Harry, or any of the boys to be honest. Harry left me, and I had only met the boys back in the X-Factor days, only once, so I didn't really know them too well. I thoughts were interrupted by a gorgeous Irish accent speaking

"Hello, love. Could we possibly sit here, there's no more room in the shop."

"Yeah, uh, sure." I replied hiding my face and trying to disguise my voice, of course, failure was on my hand and I ended up sounding like a guy.

They all took their places at the booth and started talking, my phone vibrated in my pocket. I slid it out, and placed it down on the table quickly, so no one would notice the permanent marker on the back.

'I know it's you.'

I read from the text, an unknown number? My phone vibrated again,

'Look in front of you.'

I looked up and saw Harry, slightly smiling at me. I had deleted his number to resist the urge of texting him every day like we used to. I couldn't believe this, he had actually remembered me? But why didn't he talk to me if he did? Why did he let my life become a living hell?

"Sorry guys, I have to go." I said while showing my face completely. They all gasped,

"Jess," They all chorused, I fake smiled and then quickly got up, leaving my half-drunk Hot Chocolate on the table.

I tried walking faster, no matter how much I wanted Harry back in my life, he didn't deserve it.
