Johnnys POV

I was walking to school with Ponyboy. I only really go to get away from my parents, and for (y/n).
(Y/n) is this girl I really like. She's like a goddess, the way her hair blows in the wind, the way she smiles, just everything. She's in my math class and sits next to me. She smells so good and when she flips her hair I get a big whiff of her scent.
Anyway, Pony and I walk up the steps of school and there's (y/n) laughing. She's so gorgeous when she smiles; that's really when she glows.
I walk to class and sit down. Class is pretty boring; there isn't much to do and all the teacher does is make us take notes.
School went by like a blur and before I knew it, it was my class with (y/n). I watched her walk in. She was smiling and looked so amazing, as always. She walked over and sat down.
"Hey, Johnny!" She smiled. She was always so nice; part of the reason why I like her.
"H-hi." I managed to say. Class was usual, kinda boring, nothing much happened. After I got out, I walked to the bleachers. I sit up there sometimes by myself and watch people play their sports.
I heard footsteps on the stairs. I looked over and saw (y/n)'s hair blowing in the wind and a smile on her face.
"Hey, Johnny. What are you doing here?" She smiled as she walked up to me.
"I-I, uh, sit up here sometimes." I stuttered.
"Oh." She said sitting next to me.
"What are you doing here?" I asked quietly.
"I like sitting here and watching the clouds and people." She said.
"Me too." I said and she smiled.
"So, how's everything?" She asked, moving her silky hair from her face to behind her ear.
"It's okay." I said softly.
"Just okay? Be more specific. Go into detail, otherwise the conversation goes south." She laughed.
"I don't know, it's average. School is fine, home isn't that good, and my friends are okay." I said to her.
"Oh." She said.
"You?"
"My family is good and so are my friends. School is good, too." She chuckled.
"That's great." I smiled. She looked at me with a sweet face.
"So what do you do for fun?" She asked. I was totally flummoxed by her question. I don't even know what I do for fun.
"Uh, just hang with the gang, I guess." I said rubbing my head. She chuckled and I looked up at her. The sun on her face made her glow uncontrollably.
"What?" she asked. I sat up straight and looked down.
"Nothing." I said and she sighed.
"Do you ever just get tired of life? Like you feel exhausted, but you're not sleepy?" She said putting her hair behind her ears.
"Yeah." I spoke quietly, looking down. She grabbed my shoulder.
"I don't wanna feel that way." She said and looked down. For a second I thought she might cry, so I hugged her real tight. I felt her tiny hand press into my back as my hold tightened on her.
"You don't have to feel that way." I said and she pulled away.
"I'm not being forced." She chuckled. I just stared at her, admiring her beautiful locks. I took a bold move and kissed her. It was a soft, extended peck. As I pulled away I saw her smirk.
"What was that for?" She asked.
"I just think you're beautiful."

Lmao this is a short one, but enjoy the fuck out of it :)
