Training Exam

The next day, the students all gathered at the cliffside for the entrance exam. Professor Ozpin and Glynda showed up to explain what is going to happen. The most bone-chilling part is that they going to launch everyone off the cliff, into the forest, and not intervene if something goes wrong provided they know what is out there.

"Any questions?" Ozpin asked at the end of his speech.

"Yes sir!" Eren yelped nervously, along with Jaune.

"Good! Get into position." He said as he launched the first student off the cliff.

"Sir! Do they know?" Eren asked nervously.

"Know about what?" Ozpin asked casually.

"The Titans!?" Eren asked frantically, then he got launched off the cliff. At this point, he knew that if they don't know, they could be in danger.

"Titans, sir?" Jaune and Ruby asked with fear.

"I'll explain when you get back. They aren't around these parts of the woods so you have nothing to worry about." Ozpin replied with confidence.

"Are we getting, like, parachutes or something?" Jaune asked again as Ruby got launched off the cliff next.

"No. You will be falling." Ozpin replied nonchalantly.

"What exactly is a landing strategy!!!" Jaune screamed as he got launched off last.

Meanwhile, you, Mikasa, Armin, and Eren cleared your heads, getting your ODM gear ready. As you entered the trees, you used your ODM gear to travel above the trees and come to a safe landing. Mikasa could see where you landed and dropped right next to you, while Eren and Armin dropped a greater distance apart.

Mikasa made eye contact, then you felt a spark and something changed in you. Your heart skipped a beat and she smiled at you. You smiled back and helped her up as she had a rough landing. You and she walked through the forest, then encountered some Grimm. Using your swords, you cut them down with ease thanks to them being so sharp. Then she saw something in the woods, the figure wore white clothing, carried a type of firearm, and then eight more of them showed up.

"You heard the boss, if we see any humans in the forest, we are to return them to camp. They are the only ones who will know what those creepy fucks are!" The one said to the other.

"Can we at least kill them if they put up a fight?" The other one asked.

"You read my mind. If Adam asks, then they wounded one of our men and we were forced to use lethal force." Another one replied.

"Oh shit..." Mikasa gasped as she heard them.

"We gotta go!" You whispered sternly. Then you and her saw another one who has an incredible build and carries a chainsaw with him.

Mikasa froze, so you grabbed her hand and ripped her away as one of the people looked their way.

"Who's there!?" The built guy asked aggressively, firing up his chainsaw.

You and her carried on running, not looking back for a second.

"Armin!" Eren called out into the woods, you and Mikasa heard him, and your blood went cold because he doesn't know of the guys in the forest.

"Eren! I'm over here!" Armin replied.

You and Mikasa made your way to them and bumped into Armin and Eren as they made eye contact.

"Guys! Keep your voices low! There's a group of guys in here, they seem to be hunting humans? I know it sounds crazy, but they here." Mikasa said sternly.
