when you're with jake...

Church bells chime as you and Jake idly chat under a blanket of nature. Exited to see what the afternoon will bring, you abruptly jump to your feet.
"What are you doing?",laughs Jake.
"Come on lets go,we're supposed to meet your family in 10 minutes.",you cheerfully beckon,grabbing hold of his hands, trying your best to bring him to his feet.
Swiftly he jumps up as you stare endlessly into town and races towards the gap in the trees. "Catch up slow coach!" He begins,"I know a short cut"
Following after him you skip your way through the park until you're by his side, you both spin around with your arms reaching out as the breeze brushes past them. Interlocking fingers without a thought, he pulls you through to the back of town.
"See I told you I knew a short cut",Jake grins proudly.
"I didn't doubt you for a second but do you know where we are meeting everyone?",you ask.
Shaking his head laughing, you both walk into the centre of town until you see a cluster or people and Josh's head is bobbing up and down from the middle of them.
"Ready to go you two?",shouts karen.
You nod and everyone begins walking and you run to catch them up.
"Did you have a nice morning?",asks sam.
"Yeah it was lovely, did you do anything interesting?",you try to keep the conversation flowing to avoid josh and jake but ask Sam begins to explain you zone out watching the twins chat away.
"I'm sorry what did you say, I've got a lot on my mind?", you politely question.
"It's not important but are you okay?",sam asks worryingly.
"Yeah it's nothing really, I'm just worried about work I still haven't heard from my boss",you reply as Sam notices you glancing over at the twins.
"Don't worry about work, we're all here to support you whatever happens...Look I know you know they both like you and Im guessing you like Jake but nothing can come between them so don't let it bother you. Do what makes you happy and then they will be happy",Sam states consolingly.
"Is it that obvious",you laugh,"and I know it shouldn't bother me but I see them together and I can't risk ruining anything.It wouldn't just ruin what they have it would ruin it for all of you."
Quickly to stop you from having a public meltdown he whispers,"Just enjoy today and the rest of the tour because this is your life and I want you to do whatever you want with it. You're capable of greatness and I know this because I've read your work. You were never meant to be in that office,you were meant to be here with us."
You smile and carry on with your walk. Eventually you and all the boys are dancing in a line singing rhinestone cowboy at the top of your voice. For a moment you stop worrying what will happen because this is a perfect memory. Someday you'll look back on it and remember that everything was as it should've been.
Engulfed in the beauty of your surroundings, it takes a couple of seconds for you to respond to Jake calling your name.
"Hey, I'm sorry, I was in a world of my own", you plead.
"Don't worry about it. Me and the boys were wondering if you wanted to come out with us later since it's our last night here?",Jake asks you as his wide eyes glitter at you with hope.
"Of course I wouldn't miss it for the world!",you grin.
He reaches out and grabs your hand and squeezes it as if to say 'look at us!'. Unsure how to react you move away still grasping his pinky,"Are you sure we should, I know that-"
Stopping you before you ruined the moment reassuringly he says,"I doesn't matter if anyone thinks we shouldn't, as long as you think we should."
Replacing your hand back into his, you rest your head on his shoulder. You feel at ease and you finally take a sigh of relief because there's no need to worry when you're with Jake.
