I stare at him in disbelief. "I didn't want to say anything... but I guess I have to," Baeden murmured.

"Is that why I'm attracted to you?" I mumble, Baeden glanced at me, surprised, then smirked. I sighed, closing my eyes. "I just confessed that I like you, didn't I?"

"Yeah," he smiled. "Well, it's a good thing because I like you too,"

"Because I'm your mate?" I mutter.

"No, not just because you're my mate," Baeden tells me softly. "Because you're Liz. You make me happy when you smile because I know you're happy. You make me excited to go to school because I get to see you. You make me happy that you've decided to go back to your old look because you look beautiful in that look. I haven't been happy in a long time, so, thank you, Lizzy,"

My heart warmed. "You're welcome," I whisper and the car went silent, the only sound was to be heard was the raindrops. "So... what do we do now?"

"Um, well-"

I cut him off my connected our lips together, I caught him by surprise but he kissed me back. Our mouths moved in sync, it was slow and filled with lust. And I love it. I smile, this was my first kiss.

I pull away, my cheeks blushing. Heat rising to my cheeks. "I've never done that before,"

"I'm your first kiss?"

"Yeah," I mumble, our foreheads touching. He kissed me again, this time it was short and sweet, I closed my eyes for brief second. "What happens now?"

"I need to explain to you more about the mate thing," Baeden mumbled against my lips, I nodded, listening. "Basically, after us having sex if you'll let me, I bite your neck... at first, it'll hurt, then, it quickly turns into a pleasuring feeling."

I grimace at the thought of having sex. "We really have to have sex?"

"Not really, but I would prefer to," Baeden smiled and I rolled my eyes, shoving his chest slightly. "And then, you become mine,"

"So I'm your property?" I question, frowning.

"It means, no one can touch you. No other pack member, no other male, or female, or Alpha, Beta... yeah, you get the idea. You're. Untouchable." His hands moved up arm giving me butterflies.

He smiled at me gently. His thumb rubs against my skin, sending me shivers up my spine. I forgot about all before for a second. Just his touch can make me forget just about anything.

I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I then get a text, I gasped, it scaring me. "What the hell?" I mutter, getting out my phone.
"I... I had no service,"

"You had no service over there," Baeden smirked at me.

I checked the time, it was 12.40 am. I sigh and unlocked my phone, it was Bella.

Quickly, I gulped and turned off my phone so he won't see the message. "Just Bella," I murmur. "So is it true? You guys are super fast and have supernatural hearing?"

Baeden nods, thank God I changed the subject. "Fast, hearing, you name it."

"That's incredible," I whisper. "That's so unfair. I could really use super running or whatever you call it."

He chuckled. "You're an interesting one, you know that, right?"

"Surprisingly, you're not the only one that has said that to me before," I pressed my lips and a small chuckle escaped from me, I remember my Dad used to say that to me as a joke. Then I'd go "right back at you".
