It was time to finally collect our reward. Of course since we completed the biggest task first we got dibs on almost everything.

However the oxytocin was gone so Chelsea would settle for marijuana. Ian settled with beer and vodka. While Naomi, Derek, and I settled with the left overs.

Hell yeah I was scared did I make that obvious, no.

Instead of at lunch we snuck into a large janitor closets. All of the things we obtained sat on the top shelf tucked in glove boxes and under napkins.

Ian sat with an apple juice bottle filled with vodka. He didn't hesitate to pour the whole of the clear liquid down his throat. Chelsea sat with Derek and Luke both high out of their minds.

I held a unlit blunt in my hand not sure of what to do. Naomi who was the most stable at the time came sitting beside me.

She held a lighter to the tip lighting it. "Trust me. It'll fix everything.  One hit and your at bliss for an hour almost." She said with a smile.

I put it to my mouth sucking in and I felt the smoke feel my lungs which I immediately coughed out. Chelsea who was watching me laughed loudly.

Instead of the constant tidal wave of panic I kept it was replaced with a placid current of happiness; I just felt....at bliss. Like all my worries were the smoke filling the room simply fading away.

That's when the alarm ear piercing sound returned. I fell off the shelf I took settlement on. Chelsea struggled to the door. I followed her along with Derek and Luke while Ian and Naomi stayed behind.

I looked around the fuzzy room to see people scrambling everywhich way. Nurses frantically grabbed at screaming patients. The hospital in a frenzy.

The door opened to the stairwell and I saw about four nurses surrounded someone. I stared completely still throughout the chaotic mess.

My thoughts cleared as I grew more curious. I slowly headed towards the stairwell. As I got closer I saw Gorge.

I called his name trying to get his attention. I was unable to understand why he was being held as if he's legs weren't operating. He had this red mark that danced across his neck only.

I shook my head repeatedly trying ro concentrate on the mark. "Gorge?" I yelled growing concerned. "Someone! Gorge!" I screamed clueless as to why my screams where ignored.

Trying to hear over the siren I felt nurse Cassie grab me. She said unaudible sentences; I simple ignored her statements calling out for Gorge. Cassie shook me a sharp pain entering my thigh.  I felt my body drop to the floor and my eyelids became so heavy it was hopeless to open them again.

I woke up in a soft cloud like surrounding. "Gosh." I muttered turning in my bed trying to ignore the light filling the room "Chels." I called out the room oddly quite.

"Shut up." She moaned.

My eyes opened and a smile spreaded across my face. "Wake up." I said throwing my pillow at her sitting up.

"I think I have a weed hangover."

"A headache?" I laughed softly.

"Did I dream the siren or did the damn alarm go off again." Chelsea said sitting up along with me.

I rubbed my long tangled brown hair yawning. "I don't know, but I think that happened."

There was a loud quick knock at the door.

"Get it." She whined laying down.

I got up opened the door unable to unlock the bars so early. "Naomi?" I said rubbing my eyes to see clearly.
