I just wanted everyone to get a sense of what I envision for this story and who is portraying each character.
I, personally, visualize all the characters from the movie. So:
The Phantom- Gerard Butler
Carlotta- Minnie Driver
Madame Giry- Miranda Richardson
Meg Giry- Jennifer Ellison
etc.
I personally love the movie and Gerard Butler blows me out of the water. He doesn't have the tradition "phantom" voice, but he is by far my favorite. The emotion he brought to the character is like none-other.
But as far as Christine and Elizabeth goes. I picture Christine as being Sierra Boggess and Elizabeth being Emmy Rossum. They are my two favorite who have played the character of Christine. I just felt like Christine should have the more opera-esque voice, while Elizabeth should have the softer, more unrefined voice.
As far as Raphael and Raoul go: Raphael will be Patrick Wilson and Raoul will be Ramin Karimloo.
I'm having a blast writing this story and I hope you all love it as much as I do. This is the first story I've ever written, so just bare with me. I'll try and update chapters as soon as I've proof-read like 1000 times.
