"Oh honey we didn't kill him." One of the figures deep but feminine voice announced. She was six foot something and her hair was a bright purple, her face was full makeup glam like an Instadamn model and she wore a pale pink dress over her caramel skin.
"He's sleeping, but with a wolf that big a simple sleep incantation would do absolutely fucking nothing." Came a different voice that I recognized. The tattooed waitress in combat boots from the strip bar stepped over the hairy lump that once was Felix and made her way to the couch. Got out a pack of her cigarettes and immediately lit one.
Stassi stomped around the small apartment looking into every room. She stood in the open doorway of my room. Staring into it, her face began to twist into anger and sadness before she straightened her back and cleared her face completely of anything besides resting bitch face.
"Felix told the truth, Dom's not here." I tried telling her, she looked at me to roll her eyes and sigh before she made her way to the kitchen. Her red bottom heels clicking beneath her as she did.
"Where's your black band?" Stassi asked as she looked at my bare neck. I stared back at her. Her eyes widened a fraction as irritation slid on her face. She didn't like to be kept waiting.
"He took it off." I told her, she glared at me. I could feel tension boiling off her body.
"How'd you get him to do that?" She asked, her tone sounded as though she didn't want to know but would also hit me or something if I didn't tell her.
"Nothing?" I said back to her, offended attitude dripping off the word. She scoffed and turned toward the tall woman behind her who had quietly joined us in the kitchen.
"She didn't do anything..." Her voice was deep, she stepped closer to me. Her light eyes were on me but it was as if she was focusing or listening to something that none of us could hear. "And actually Stassi they havent done anything..." She said slowly. Her smile flashed as she looked back at me suddenly present now.
Stassi watched me her eyes squinting slightly as if she wasn't convinced.
"Whats going on? What are you all doing here?" I asked them distrustingly as I glanced back at the furry black moss heap on the floor.
"Im asking the questions." Stassi ordered, her voice anything but sweet.
"We're not here to hurt you." The tall woman told me soothingly. Stassi muttered something about no promises as she flipped her hair and sat down on the work out bench that was in the dining room.
"Look," I began "I will tell you whatever the hell you want to know but you have to do something for me." I bargained looking at both of the women in the kitchen.
"I've heard this shit before." Called the tattooed waitress as she entered the kitchen. She inhaled deeply from her cigarette. "I already told you theres no escaping Modella." She blew out smoke in my direction. I swiped the air to force the smoke away.
"You also told me that it was impossible with the band on my neck and he literally took it off later that night." I told the confident waitress in combat boots. She was wearing only a black sportsbra and a mini skirt with suspenders. Tattoos literally covering every inch of her skin. She tapped her cigarette and ashes fell from the end.
Stassi shifted where she was, her heels clicking against the wood as she did so. Her eyes watched me intensly.
"So if Im understanding this correctly, Dom bought you from Junichero and has been keeping you here to eat pizza and sleep in his bed with him every night.. Im supposed to be believe that you two havent been screwing eachother?" Her voice was calm until the last sentence.
