When I wake up a wide smile pulls at my lips, its Christmas Eve! I grin and a wave of excitement rushes over me and I can't help the giggle that falls from my lips. We have so much planned for tonight and I can't wait for the whole family to be together again.

I glance at Noah in his bassinet and smile when I find him awake and sucking on his foot although I internally groan because he's wearing a footsie onesie and he's getting it wet. I gently pick him up and lay him on my chest making him cuddle against me. How did I get so lucky to get a baby who's as sweet as him?

Another thing I love about him is that he falls asleep easily and sleeps through the whole night and when he wakes up he's pretty happy to just lay there without crying, that is until he gets hungry, but I'm usually up by then.

I wrap my arms around him and lift my head to kiss the top of his. "What a perfect sight to wake up to" I smile and turn my head to look at Josh who has one eye open and a grin on his lips. "Morning babe" I say watching him yawn and rub the sleep out of his eyes. He sits up and runs his fingers through his messy hair, "Morning baby girl" he breathe out, leaning down to peck my lips.

"Baby boy" He says happily picking up his son, allowing me to sit up. He gives Noah a big kiss before chuckling when he finds him smiling. "Gosh it's kinda cold in here" he suddenly says with a slight shiver. I watch him climb off the bed and open the curtain and my mouth drops when I see snow steadily falling outside. "Oh my gosh!" I exclaim rushing towards the window next to Josh. It usually didn't snow in New York until the end of December so to have a white Christmas for the first time in years is amazing.

"Well what a surprise" Josh chuckles wrapping an arm around me and leaning down to kiss the top of my head as I stare outside the window in awe. "Merry Christmas eve" he adds making my heart flutter. This is going to be the best Christmas ever. I hope.

We both saunter downstairs and the smell of food makes my stomach grumble. I'm starving! We greet Amy and Alan and join them at the dining table for some breakfast, as per usual right as I'm about to eat, Noah gets hungry so I feed him first. I sorta laid back on using bottles for a few weeks, as I realised in a few months I'm probably going to stop breastfeeding because he's getting older. As weird as it is, I'm going to miss it.

When he finishes Josh takes him from me settling him on his lap as I start to finally eat, by now I've already gotten used to eating my food cold. "It looks like we're gonna get a good few inches of snow today" Alan points out looking outside, "Yeah" Josh agrees "You should go to the balcony and see if Noah likes it" he suggest making my brows furrow "We have a balcony?" I glance at Josh and he looks as confused as me.

"Of course" Amy chuckles "Have the both of you never realised?" We both shake our heads. "You see that door there?" She questions pointing towards the glass window, but that's when in notice the handle. "I thought that was just part of the window" I admit making her let out a soft laugh and shake her head.

Josh and I slip on our jackets and some boots, and wrap Noah in a blanket since were too lazy to get properly dressed. Alan grabs a shovel from the closet and opens the balcony door causing some snow to fall inside and a gush a cold wind hit us. He moves the snow, pushing it towards the railing and onto the street making sure he doesn't hit anyone. I step out first a wide smile invading my lips as I gaze at the snow decorating New York. I turn around and look at Noah in Josh's arms, he furrows his brows probably because it's so bright and he has sensitive blue eyes.

A few snowflakes fall onto us, and Pumpkin seems beyond confused about all this white stuff. I bend down and grab a handful of snow to show it to Noah. "Look its snow" I say holding my hand out for him to see, he grabs it but quickly let's go and waves his hand around making me laugh. "Its cold huh buddy?" He whines opening and closing his fists because he still has snow on his hands.
