Laking gulat ko ng sumulpot si Julia sa pintuan ng dining area nang nakatingin sa amin.
Dali-dali akong kumalas sa pagkakayakap ko kay Drew.
Hindi ako nagpahalatang nashock ako sa entrance niya, humarap ako kay Drew and said "Salamat Drew, pano nga ba napunta sayo itong phone ko?"
"Lasing ka na kasi kagabi, nabitawan mo yan, which explains the crack on the screen" he explained.
"Ah ganun ba? Okay lang thank you po ulit" I added.
"You know you're always welcome, Khian"
Tumayo na ako at niligpit ang pinagkainan namin, hindi naman kumikibo si Julia, hindi siya pinapansin ni Drew, at hindi ko din alam kung paano ko siya iaaproach.
Drew went into the living room, and I was left with Julia.
I was washing my hands in the sink when she stood beside me.
"Good morning friend" I started.
"Good morning din friend!" She replied with a happy voice.
I was confused, galit ba itong si Julia kanina? O sadyang bagong gising lang?
"Kain ka na, nagluto mama mo ng breakfast"
"Oo sige, by the way, may ichichika ako sayo mamaya, and for sure you'll be in a total shock."
"What do you mean?"
"Basta, it's a good and bad news, just wait for a minute, I'll just fix myself and tell you the story right after, wait for me in the table"
And out of curiousity, sumunod na lang ako sa sinabi niya.
After 10 years, kaharap ko na siya sa table, habang kumakain siya ng pandesal, she started talking.
"What do you want to hear first?"
"Ofcourse the bad news."

"Oo na nga! Relax na nga! Oh tell me na."
"Kagabi kasi, lasing na lasing ka na, you were crying, and you're calling names."
"Names? Names? Names like what? Just say it! Wag kang pakaba!"
"Relax lang teh relax.. Names like Harold"
"Oh? Sino pa friend?"
"Harold lang."
"Exagge ka kasi! Maka names! Isa lang pala, oh what's with Harold?"
"Teh! Iniiyakan mo kagabi! Hinahanap mo kaya! Di mo ba naalala?"
"What the hell? For real?"
"Ay hinde, hinde! Lokohan lang to, maka alis na nga!"
"Wait dito ka lang, tell me na."
"Ayun, hinahanap mo nga! Nakakaawa ka nga eh"
"Sino mga nakarinig?"
