A golden flower perked up.
"Another reset?," Flowey asked himself. "The human can't already be fighting Undyne, can they?"
He shook his petals from the droplets of water on them. He buffed out his nonexistent chest.
"Okay. I'm coming, human!" Flowey dove into the ground.
Frisk gasped and opened her eyes. It wasn't until Other Sans sat up that she realized she was laying on him.
"Sweetheart," he said. "Don't you ever make me do that again."
Frisk gave a nervous smile and nodded. She then scanned her surroundings. "Where are we?"
"The garbage dump," he replied, standing up on the bed of yellow flowers. "You couldn't wake up so I had to move you out while you were unconscious."
"Couldn't wake up...?" She asked herself in a whisper. She remembered the things she saw in her dream. She shook her head to stop thinking about it.
'You okay, kid?' Sans questioned in concern.
'Fine,' she responded.
Other Sans noticed the wound on her arm. "We need to get that taken care of."
"Huh?"
He pointed to her wound.
"Oh yeah. This feels like a paper cut compared to...that."
"Come on. I know the way out and who can help you with that."
They left the garbage dump and walked up to Napstablook's house.
"Why don't you sit over there and save," the skeleton told her. "I'll handle gettin' the stuff."
Frisk nodded and sat by the wall of the cave. She carefully took off her jacket, now stained a bit with blood, set it next to her, waiting for her friend to come back with bandages.
'So...' Sans started. 'Do we wanna talk about what happened earlier?'
'What do you mean?'
'Well, your arm was practically gone and you made other me kill us. Isn't that worth talkin' about?'
'... I guess... but I don't understand what you're asking.'
He sighed. 'Look...I get that if somethin' like that happens, you wouldn't wanna suffer. I wouldn't either. But...don't make him do that. Don't make him shatter our very soul like that. It's...not right. I know we'll come back, but still.'
Frisk was silent a moment. 'Okay. I understand now. I won't do that again.'
'Thanks kid.'
Then Other Sans arrived with the bandages. He started wrapping them around Frisk's wound.
"Ouch," she hissed once.
"Sorry," the skeleton replied.
"It's fine. Just stings a little."
Other Sans finished with the bandages. "There. Have you finished saving?"
Frisk nodded as she put on her jacket.
"Alright. Let's get going."
The two walked off.
"Any idea how to get past them this time?" The skeleton asked.
"Well, Sans had that idea about making them fight each other and while their busy, we run," Frisk explained.
