Chapter-nine

Januari POV

I woke up and handled my lady business and got dressed for school, today I was actually looking forward to going to school I think because of Cameron but then again I wasn't going to get my hopes up about him.

I hopped out the shower and figured out to wear. I put on my red Minnie mouse sweater some ripped jeans my matching Minnie mouse watch my number 23 necklace and my Black red and white Jordans.

I grabbed my shoulder bag packed my notebooks in it, grabbed my phone and went to find breakfast.

Since I wasn't really a breakfast person I warmed up the shrimp Alfredo from last night with garlic bread poured me a cup of fanta Blueberry soda and ate.

After I finished eating I washed out my dishes and seen that Mark came busting through the door scaring me half to death.

"Hola cómo Estás bitches!!!!" He said smiling from ear to ear.

"Hey Mark how was your date last night?"

He ran over to me and hugged me tightly

"Short stuff it was da bomb okay we went out to eat and then we walked the park at night and the stars was shining and then he kissed me it was so.. magical then we went to his place and we did it, and he paid me $8500 he said my head game on fleek.

Paid him wha??

I walked over to him and slapped him, I couldn't believe he was selling himself to different men

"ARE YOU CRAZY!!?? How could you do something like this I thought you went on a real date I thought when you guys had sex it was because it was meant to be.

I wiped my tears grabbed my bag and left, he was really turning into mama I couldn't stand it.

I walked outside and seen Cameron standing by his car, I tried my best to not be so upset, but I just couldn't deal I felt like I was about to lose another person who was most important in my life.

As I approached the car Cameron greeted me with open arms, I hugged him back and got in the car.

I wasn't in the mood for anybody today, but if they wanted to try me I'd be ready.

Cameron POV

Once I pulled up to Januari's residence I fixed myself then I got out and waited for her. As I was waiting I heard yelling coming from inside

"ARE YOU CRAZY!??!"

it sounded like Januari I wanted to go and see what was happening but it's not my business to step in between a brother and sister so I just waited by the car.

A few moments later an upset Januari came out the house wiping her face as if she was crying.

What's wrong with my baby?!?

Like I said it wasn't my job to get involved into some body else's business so I greeted her with a genuine smile and hug which she kindly returned.

She got into the car and I closed her door and headed to school.

"Hey, how was your morning?"

I asked keeping my eyes on the road.

She was staring out the window constantly wiping her face I could tell she was still upset.

"It was ok" she said in between light little sniffles

"Do you want to get sum to eat?"

She shook her head no and kept her attention focused out the window.

Twenty minutes later we pulled into the school parking lot, she quickly hopped out and started walking towards the building. I grabbed my back pack closed and locked my door and ran up behind and pulled her by waist.

"Hey you look pretty upset, you want to talk about it?"

She was still crying so I brought her back to my car and helped her in, I handed her some tissues from the glove compartment.

"T-thank you" she said gently patting her now red eyes.

"So what's on your mind?"

I asked giving her my undivided attention.

She took a deep inhale and explained to me how her mother used to do drugs and use to come home at random hours of the day and night drunk and passed out,
and sometimes when she found her that way she would think her mom's dead and on top of that her brother her now looks after her is now selling himself to different men

and she just couldn't deal with it all, and on top of that I noticed my ex Gypsy is always picking on her and I can really tell she's got a lot of stress on her, and now she's saying she doesn't want to go home.

"Well you can come crash at my place if you want?

I said not really thinking, but my mom is a really loving and caring person so I don't see why not.

She looked hesitant for a bit I could tell she was thinking hard about this.

"O-okay but I have to go by my place and pack some bags"

I gave her a head nod wiped her tears.

"Don't worry Baby girl, you'll be safe with me I promise."

She looked down at her finger nails and blushed

"Come on let's get to class before were late"

I got out the car opened her car door and together we walked towards the school.

Sorry my mind was in lala land I didn't know I gave you guys part of a chapter well now it's complete
