Chapter Twenty-nine

Januari POV

I was beyond pissed I couldn't believe Cam left me here all alone and on my birthday.

I took out all my clothes I had in my bags and packed them away in my suitcase.

That took me about an hour or so to do and after that I was beat.

I had just turned eighteen today I was hoping I would have me some fun.

I decided to call those boys from the mall but my phone started vibrated I was so happy Mark finally decided to text me I was starting to think he forgot but thank goodness he didn't.

Text message:

Hey Short stuff HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY!!!! It felt like yesterday you was just in diapers but I'm happy that your all grown up now, I don't want to ruin the surprise but I have huge surprise for you waiting at the house. So either your boo thang is gone drop you off or you can drop the addy and I'll be there in fifteen. Anyways I love you so much and enjoy your day LOVE!!!!

After I read the message I was just about in tears it's crazy how Mark and I can go at each other and then bounce back he's certainly the best thing that's ever happen to me.

I sent him the okay indicating I was on my way I didn't have time to be upset on my birthday, I ran upstairs took a shower put on a nice outfit packed my bags and called an uber call me crazy I could've just called my brother but Its time I start being Independent.

Once the uber arrived I packed my bags in the car and gave the man my address and I was headed home.

Once I got home I paid the driver, got my bags and headed Inside.

"SURPRISE!!!!" Mark yelled handing me a pink bag filled with bath and body works. I dropped my bags and ran into his open arms.

I seen somebody come out of the guest bedroom and I couldn't believe it after being almost out of my life for sixteen years I was even surprised he came back.

"Happy eighteenth birthday princess"
