Kellin's pov
"My mom?" I shouted at Vic. When he had came home with Jack and Alex by his sides, I had thought it was some friendly get together, but that was not the case here.
"You don't even need to talk to her, we just need her signature." Vic swore rubbing my back as I fell onto the couch.
"When do we need it by, maybe we could leave Saturday after noon and have some fin on the way." I said rubbing my forehead.
"Here's the thing." Vic dragged on his words, "We kinda need it by tomorrow afternoon or you are going to have to go back to Water Stone."
"Then what are we doing sitting around! We need to leave now!" I shot off the couch and headed towards the door.
"Are we not bringing anything?" Alex asked calmly.
"Nah we're only gonna be there for like a few hours we won't need to change." Vic shrugged walking out the door, fingers intertwined with my own. Neither Vic or I knew how to get to Baltimore so Alex and Jack would be driving, mostly Alex and not Jack because, we don't want to die ((Quote stolen from Zachary Merrick))
Vic and I were sitting in the back seat and my foot was nervously bouncing up and down. I haven't seen my mother in a long while and I don't know how she's going to react with me walking up to her door step with my boyfriend asking for her signature. Maybe she won't recognize me and think I'm selling girl scout cookies and sign for a box of them.
I leaned my head on Vic's chest and allowed his heartbeat to calm me down. My eyes fluttered shut and sleep surround me.
~About two hours later~
"Babe, we're here." Vic nudged me awake. I opened my eyes and saw that it was pitch black and silent outside. It was only Vic and I in the car.
"Where's Jack and Alex?" I yawned.
"Their getting a hotel room, we figure your mom isn't awake so we're going to need a place to stay." We were at the inner harabor. I wasn't even aware my mom had moved to Baltimore, I had lived in the same neighborhood my entire life. Maybe she finally left my dad and that's why she left the state.
"When will we go there?" I asked resting my head in the crook of Vic's neck.
"About 6 am." I nodded and we entered the hotel room.
Vic's pov
An obnoxiously loud alarm went off at 5:30. Jack and Alex started to move around in the other bed while Kellin laid completely motionless in my arms. He was always so tired, poor baby.
"Come on sweetie." I cooed kissing his cheek and unwrapping my arms from him.
Once everyone was up we check out of the hotel and started to the car. I could notice Kellin was worried about seeing his mom. I mean she abandoned him. The drive was short andw we were there in about 5 minutes.
"Let me do it." He said pushing my arm down from knocking on the door and did it himself. He took a breath as the door was opening.
A women with short black hair and small blue eyes opened the door. She looked at us confused for a moment and then her eyes landed on her soon and they welled with tears. "Kellin?"
