~*~*~*

I looked up at the house I'd grown up in. Father had been called to a church in a small town in Washington, so Mother and I had to move with him. So, there I was, saying goodbye to my friends and my cheer squad. Father hadn't really liked that I was in cheer, but when I insisted that one of our duties as Catholics were to bring cheer and joy and happiness to our brothers and sisters, he'd finally let me.

I guess I should start at that part. I was the odd one out in my family. Mother and Father were Catholic - met at a service and got married at the ripe age of seventeen and eighteen. When Mother was nineteen, she had my elder brother, Noah. Now, at ages 47 and 48, my parents had Noah and I. Anyways, I'm getting off topic. Mother and Father are Catholics, Noah is kind of on the fence about religion, but me? I'm Catholic, as well. I didn't let Noah's religious beliefs get in the way of our relationship, though.

Anyways, I suppose this is the last you'll hear of me from in California. Next stop, Forks, Washington.
