~*~*~*

I stood beside Aro, with my hood pulled up and arms under my cloak, crossed over my chest. Jane was on my right, and Alec stood behind his sister. We pulled our hoods off in sync and I smiled eerily at the Cullens. The girl I'd known before was grown up and looked almost exactly like her mother. The hybrid held a child who looked no older than two in her arms, the toddler cuddling into his mother. I couldn't really see his face, but I could see the slightly tanned skin and black curls that the child had.

I knew immediately that this child would not hurt anyone. His mother, his father, his grandparents, his great-aunts and great-uncles, and his great-grandparents would teach him better than that. They loved him too much to allow him to become a monster.

Behind the Cullens were the same allies they'd had when the girl was a child and Aro was concerned about her. I looked at Aro, he looked as if he were planning something. But, of course, since Renata had been told to act normal, she was shielding him from Edward's mind reading.

"Ah, Cullens." Aro smiled softly. Renesmee held a tighter grip on her son and I looked over at Jane. I nodded very slightly, and the others in the Revolt took off their cloaks, turned them around so the red was on top, and put them back on. The Cullens and their allies must have thought we were preparing for battle, as they had all cuddled into their mates but still held their ground.

"Hello, Aro." The mother of the hybrid toddler said.

"We meet again, Renesmee." Aro smiled at her. I looked up at him, my arms locked my sides. Part of me didn't want to lead the Revolt anymore, but after what Vlad and Stef had told me, how my husband had so heartlessly destroyed the Romanian coven and had taken over their throne, they surely could not get away with it, nor the murdering of innocents and mates. Aro Volturi could not get away with the murders he and Caius had committed. We planned to spare Marcus, he was just as much of a victim of the others in my Revolt. His mate had been cruelly taken from him by the monster I called my husband. But Aro and Caius's days were numbered, right down to the second.

"Yes, it appears so." Renesmee said tensely. The shapeshifter beside her gripped her waist tightly, and her parents stood on either side of them. Bella stood beside her son-in-law, and Edward behind his daughter and grandson.

"Show me, my dear." my husband ordered. Renesmee passed her son to Jacob, and he held his son gently and protectively to his bare chest. Renesmee then put her delicate pale hand to Aro's cheek and did whatever.

When the vision or whatever was over, Aro nodded and Renesmee walked back to her family with her husband behind her. I took deep breaths to prepare myself for the very near future.

"The boy is not something we have ever seen before. He may cause many deaths and plenty of destruction. I'm afraid we must take care of it." Aro lied, as if he felt sorry. He knew one more hybrid like that boy, and this hybrid's name was Santiago.

Aro was going to kill a child for no specific reason. It was then that the anger I'd felt for so long bubbled over, I felt the tingle in the back of my mind that it was time. I looked at my First and Second - Jane and Alec - then nodded, and finally I whistled loudly. The Revolt attacked the Volturi army, and Jane, Alec, and I were left with the big three. The Cullens, wolves and their allies came to help us. I faced Aro, his face completely shocked. I smiled at him sweetly, pulling off my high heels. I threw the shoes aside, not wanting to ruin my favourite shoes, and changed my stance to ready for Aro's attack - which he did.
