*Sweet Pea's POV

I watched as she pulled away from Fangs smiling.

"Did ya miss me Jonsey?" She had a wicked smile plastered on her face as she walked up to a blank looking Jughead and FP.

"Hey Natalie," Betty greeted her.

"Will you quit staring?" I turned and glared down at Fangs.

"I thought she was gone," I simply replied.

"I called her," Fangs shrugged. "She's the only one that could fix this." He whispered back.

I turned my direction back onto her.

She looked so different since the last time I saw her.

She didn't look so exhausted anymore.

"So you're just leaving?" I asked in disbelief. "Just like that?" She just ignored me.

"What do you want me to do?" She yelled in frustration. "I just need to get the hell out of here before I fucking lose my shit." She continued to throw her clothes into the duffel bag. "I can't fucking stay here." I watched quietly as she struggled to zip up the bag.

It seems like she's been on edge for the past few weeks now.

She just looked so drained.

"Fuck." She cursed aloud.

I walked over to her and pulled the duffel bag ends together.

"Zip it up." I instructed as I held the sides closely together not saying another word.

She just sighed and zipped it up.

And I let her do it.

I let her leave...

*Natalie's POV

"Fangs you could have called me sooner."

"I mean the quarantine happened. I just needed the money. You were gone..."

We were currently in FP's trailer talking with Fangs.

"But out of everything else, why fizzle rocks?" I crossed my arms.

Betty had called saying that Fangs was dealing fizzle rocks to some people that she knew.

"And what do you need money for?" FP asked making Fangs' face fall.

"My mom's sick," Fangs began to sniffle. "She's got treatments that we can't pay for." He cried.

"Fangs..." I whispered. "I could've helped you."

"I was ashamed," he looked away immediately.

"And you got the drugs from where, the Gargoyle gang?" Jughead was in disbelief.

The Gargoyle Gang?

"I'm out now?" Fangs dared to ask.

"The punishment for breaking this code is immediate exile," Jughead explained.

"You've gotta be kidding me," I scoffed leaning against the wall.

"However," Jughead eyed me. "You've had a rougher year than most." FP rubbed his face. "I'm willing to look the other way just this once, but this has to stay between us, okay?" Jughead said more firmly. "And if I catch you dealing drugs aga-"

"You won't," Fangs rushed. "I'm done with dealing."

"Well then it's settled." I walked over to Fangs who sat in the middle of the room. "Come by my trailer later and we'll talk, alright?" I said in a low voice.
