*Natalie's POV

"It's good to see you again," I sprawled myself on the couch.

"Julia, you've been saying that for the past four months now." I chuckled.

It's been about four months now since I started my sessions with Dr. Sanchez, or as she likes to be referred to as Julia. At first I had my doubts with her. In the beginning FP would drop me off and I would sit in her office and not say anything. I would go to the bathroom and never come back. That happened for the first three weeks.

"So how are things at home?" She asked as she flipped the page on her notepad.

"Things are going good ever since Gladys left. Things have been going pretty smooth. JB and I made lasagna the other night." I laughed at the memory of just the other day. "But then we just ordered take out."

"Oh my god, JB!" I yelled running into the kitchen and quickly rushing over to the oven. "Open the door!" I shouted as I shut the oven off trying to fan the smoke.

I opened the oven and a bunch of smoke came out of the oven.

"What the hell did you guys do?"  I heard Jughead's voice over JB and I's hysterical laughs and coughing attack. "What did you guys burn?"

I slid the oven mitts on and brought out the lasagna laughing. "Dinner is served." I chuckled placing it on the counter.

The three of just busted out in laughter.

"What even is that?"

JB and I both looked at eachother. "Lasagna."

"Chinese sounds pretty good right about now. Don't you think?"

"I'll grab my phone." JB rushed laughing into the living room.

"I got the menus." I walked over to the other side of the kitchen and pulled open the drawer where we kept all the take out menus.

"And how are things with you and Sweet Pea?"

"Uhh... We're good."

"No arguing? Fights?"

I shook my head no.

My leg kept bouncing up and down.

I couldn't do this. I can't do this.

No. I have to.

It's the only way I can move on.

"Hey," I jumped at his touch. "Whatever it is you need to tell me you can tell me." His voice was calm.

"I'm happy for you." Julia set her pen down. "You've made tremendous progress over the last few months." I sat up from the couch. "I'm glad our sessions helped you." She smiled.

"I couldn't have done it without you." I thanked her. "I can't believe today is our last day." I clasped my hands together. "Didn't know this shit would actually work. No offense." Julia chuckled shaking her head.

"If you ever need anything."

We both stood up.

"You're just a call away." I finished her sentence. "Thank you." I smiled giving her a hug. "For everything."

"Now remember everything we've talked about." She said as we pulled away from one another.

I gave her a nod.

After a few more words with one another, I walked out her office and out the building and took in a deep breath of fresh air. It felt so good that I didn't have to come back here every week anymore.

I watched as the motorcycle pulled up and came to a stop. The engine cut as I watched him pull off his helmet.

"Let's grab a bite at Pops and celebrate," he smiled wildly.

"You're insane, you know that?" I walked down the steps and towards him.

"I'm only insane for you, Jones." He pulled me close and kissed me.

"Hiram Lodge."

"Name?" The officer bluntly asked.

"Natalie. Natalie Anderson."

The officer flipped through his papers then stepped away saying something through his walkie-talkie. There was a buzzing sound and the door opened.

"Follow me."

"So what do you say?"

"Sweet Pea, when have I ever turned down a meal at Pops?" I chuckled. "Come on, let's go." I answered. "Wait," I dug out my phone that was vibrating.

Jughead.

I slid the call button and answered it. "Hey, what's up Edgar Allan Poe?"

*Sweet Pea's POV

"Just tell me." I tried to calm her down as much as possible.

She had just got out of one her therapy sessions and said she needed to talk to me as soon as she got home.

So that's what we were doing now. We were up in her room and I was trying to get her to tell me whatever it was she needed to tell me.

"Julia said that it's the only way."

Julia? Her therapist?

"I-I need to tell you something."

"Okay?" I answered in confusion.

"Don't say anything. I just need you to listen." I nodded my head as she tried to control her own breathing and wipe away her tears.

"Natalie?" I watched as she stood there frozen as her phone fell to the ground. "Natalie?" I got off my bike. "What's going on?" I shook her trying to pull her out of her little trance.

"Princess?"

"Fred," she murmured.

"What?" I asked not sure what she said. Did she just say Fred? Fred Andrews?

"He's dead."

"What?" I asked in disbelief.

"Fred's gone. He's..." I pulled Natalie close to my chest before she could even finish what she was saying.

A/N: sorry I've been gone for a while. It feels like I've been updating every month now. Hopefully that'll change. There was a massive time jump but don't worry you're questions will be answered as things start to unravel. I'm hoping to update more often.

So what did you guys think?
