Madison groaned as she sat at the kitchen table. She was hungover and hating herself. She had kissed cal the night before and she hated herself. The door slammed and Madison winced as she saw her younger sister Esmè walk in "do you have to be so loud" Madison asked as she buried herself into her dressing gown as Esmè looked to her and smirked "rough night sis, mum has been telling me how you and a certain doctor haven't been seeing eye to eye" Esmè teased as Madison looked to her and rolled her eyes "he's an egotistical prick" Madison said as Esmè looked to her and smirked "and how long until you are underneath that prick" Esmè said as Madison looked to her and rolled her eyes "never, I am not going here and I never will" Madison said as she grabbed herself a coffee as Esmè looked to her and smirked "sure, I'll believe that when I see it" Esmè said as Connie slaked onto the room.
Connie looked to Madison and Esmè and frowned "you both want to get ready for work, you'll be late" Connie said as Madison looked to her and rolled her eyes "oh please, your not clinical lead yet. I'll answer to you when you are" Madison said. Madison knew Connie plan and how she wanted to take over the ED. Madison walked off to her room and sighed as she started to get ready. She sighed to herself trying to not think over the drunken kiss that she had shared with cal. She wanted to forget it had happened and wanted to act as if it meant nothing as Madison couldn't help but worry as if played in her mind. Madison sighed as she tried to ignore it knowing it would become impossible to ignore cal once she got to work.

Later that day, Madison stood by reception with Esmè and sighed as she ran her hands through her hair and sighed "what's up with you" Esmè asked "lily is a heartless cow, I don't see why she is in this job. She doesn't care over the patients at all" Madison said "she's a stuck up cow" Esmè said as Madison looked to her and smirked "you could say that" Esmè said. Madison looked to her and smirked knowing how her sister didn't like lily as much as she didn't. She watched as lily walked over and looked to them "is this a hospital or a social catch up" lily spat as Madison glared "your not my boss, maybe you should relax, get laid of something" Madison spat as she walked off annoyed.

Later that night, Madison sat in the pub drink and rolled her eyes as she saw cal. She was annoyed. She had been avoiding him all day "what do you want" she asked as he sat next to her "you" he said as she rolled her eyes "that was a stupid mistake" she said as he looked to her and smirked "was it really" he asked as she looked to him and sighed as he placed s hand on her cheek and leant in and kissed her. She found herself kissing back before he pulled away and smirked "let's get out of here" Cal asked as she smirked and nodded. But how would Madison react when she was sober realising she had spent the night with cal
