Madison lay in bed and sighed as she looked to see the texts off of cal. She knew how he was stepping up and trying to be a good dad and it was what she wanted. All that she wanted was to for them to be a family and it scared her
Madison knew how she was pregnant and how they were having a baby and how she wanted was for everything to be okay and she wanted for them to be a family but she knew how she and cal had a complicated relationship and how none of it was easy
Madison knew how she wanted it to all be okay. Madison knew that she was scared that once she had the baby that it wasn't going to be easy
Madison stood from the bed and placed a hand on her bump and smiled. She was scared and she didn't know what to do or what to think
Madison stood in the kitchen as she looked to her phone. She frowned as she heard a knock at the door and saw cal and frowned as she looked to him
"What are you doing here" she asked as he smiled
"You told me to proof to you that I wanted to be a dad so here I am. I am trying to proof what a good dad I can be so I got some stuff for the baby. Look I want to try and make it work and it isn't easy but I do want us to make it work" he said
He looked to her and smiled "I'm sorry too cal. I really do appreciate this" she said as he stepped towards her. She placed a hand on his cheek and smiled
"I'm sorry" he said as he leant in and kissed her

Madison got to work and stood in the staffroom. She looked to see Esme as she walked in and smiled as she looked to her and smiled
"I saw the stuff that cal got you. Are you and cal hood now" Esme asked as Madison looked to her and smiled
"I think so but it's still scary and I want to make it work and the fact we're having a baby and I know that once I have this baby that nothing is going to get any easier. I am scared and I just what to do what is best" Madison said as Esme smiled
"I don't think that you have anything to worry over. I know how hard it is. I know it isn't easy but it will be okay. Cal loves you I do think that he will be a great dad" Esme said as Madison looked to her and smiled
She hoped that she was right

Madison stood by reception as cal walked over to her. She smiled as she leant in and kissed him and smiled
"So I thought I could take you for dinner to proof that I am committed to this" he said as she looked to him and smiled
"I am glad as I want for things to be okay" she said as he smiled
He pulled her close and kissed her and smiled
"It will be okay" he said as she smiled. She knew she wanted everything to be okay but would it work out?
