DOCTOR'S POV
Clara and I have nothing else to do besides wait now, and I wasn't that long until we saw a bright light at the end of the hallway.
"She's back" Clara says excited to go home. I take her hand and run until we nearly bump into in... no one
"Why isn't anyone here?" I say looking at the vortex manipulator sitting on the ground "I always needs someone to activate it. I take out my sonic screwdriver and scan for living matter, I made sure it excluded all the daleks the only living things here are me and Clara.
"What are you doing" Clara questions. I explain and tell her to wait there, but of course she has to follow. Companions theses days never listen. Back when I was in my 70's my companion always stayed when I said stay.
We walk through the halls to find some one, but no one except a couple Daleks here and there.
We walk back to the engine room after about an hour of looking. "How could no have come with it" I think as I study it.
