"So what did you wanna talk about?" Natsu was concerned and slightly nervous.

"I..um...so you know how you have anxiety and such?" Gray sat on the couch and pulled some of the throw pillows into his lap.

"Well, yea," Natsu nodded.

"So, uh I may or may not, too, have anxiety, a more mild version though," Gray said sheepishly, "Also, depression...I know it's not your burden to bear, but I figured I should tell you."

"Dude, That sucks, and I uh, want you to know that I'm here for you. No matter what! I don't care if it's not my burden to bear, I lo- care for you more than most people and I want to do everything I can to help you." Natsu pulled gray into a tight embrace,
"Because I care about you, you've done so much for me, I want to help you too. I've felt like a piece of worthless trash because you have had to carry my burdens, but If I can carry yours then it would make me feel better. Hell, even If you didn't know shit about me or my past I would still carry it for you. Gray, I'm just going fucking say this, you are and will always be my favorite person, I love you."

Natsu exhales hugging Gray tighter than ever.

"You love me?"

Natsu swallowed, "Yes."

"I...don't deserve your love, " Gray sniffles crying.

"Everyone deserves love, whether platonically or romantically. Everyone, that includes you, even if you don't realize it, you really do deserve love. Fairy Tail loves you. I love you." Natsu was shaking, his eyes watering.

"What's yours?  Plutonic or romantic?" Gray felt warm, so warm. His chest did too like a flower was blooming inside his chest.

"Uh, um, r-romantic." Natsu stuttered, fear and anxiety shaking through his entire entity.

Gray sighs and rests his head in the crook of Natsu's neck, he felt bliss, more than he had in a long time, "I...do too. I don't know if I can say those 3 words without crying though, you just mean so much to me."

"That's...that's so fucking meaningful. I don't care if you cry, You are already aren't you? I don't mind, we can cry together then." Natsu felt tears running down his cheeks, staining them.

"I want to stay like this forever, " Gray closed his eyes, appreciating how warm Natsu was. Physically and emotionally.

"Me too, " Natsu smiled, he knew they both had demons but they didn't seem as impactful as before to him.

"I

know that when I'm with you I'm at home,

" Gray muttered softly.

Natsu let out a soft laugh, "Took the words right out of my mouth, Ice Princess."

"Hey," Gray said accusingly, but it was still soft and had a small ring of playfulness to it.

"I'm never going to stop calling you that, Ice Princess." Natsu sniffled and wiped his tears.

He pulled away from their embrace and started to wipe away Gray's tears.
"Just remember that I will always be here for you, any time any day."

"Thank you, Natsu. You know, uh, ditto." Gray smiled.

"Yeet yeet," Natsu pulled Gray right next to him and pulled a blanket over them.

"So uh, LET'S TALK ABOUT DEAD PEOPLE!" Gray said in a very non-Gray way.

Natsu stared him like he had grown a third head, "Are you ok? Do you want to talk about that? Who are you and what have you done with Gray?"

"I wanna talk about it, I just wanted to see your face if I said it cheerfully."

"Gray, let me repeat, YOU the stone cold exterior icy sexy man want to talk about your feelings?  I mean I'll gladly let you talk about that, but I don't think you've ever talked about your feelings super deeply."

"Well, Maybe, I'm telling you because I trust you and...stuff," Gray rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, "Wait, icy sexy man? Really?"

Natsu pulled Gray close to him, "I wanna fucking cuddle you now, so deal.  Yes, icy sexy man. It's just simply the facts."

Natsu was blushing as he crossed his arms and huffed.

"Okay, so you know Ur, the woman who trained me to be an ice-mage, right?" Gray rolled his eyes at Natsu's statements smiling.

"Yea, go on,"

"Well, I feel like she would be disappointed in me, the same thing with my father. I feel like they would willingly abandon me, no matter how much stronger I get, or how much I grow."

"Why? Ur took you in and treated you like a son, from what I know."

"Yea, well, the only reason why is that she was a grieving mother, and if Ultear was still around then, I fell she would have shunned me."

"No mother worth her cookies would shun a child."

"Your mom did."

"...That's low, dude. Plus, I said any mother worth her cookies."

"Sorry, that was pretty low, Plus your right, your mom is about as much as a mother as dirt is to roses."

"Okay," Natsu laughed, "What about your dad if you don't mind me asking."

"Well, I distinctly remember my mother saying that my father wanted me aborted, plus I think he used to say, 'Should have had you aborted', but My mom wanted to keep me."

"That's a good ass memory for like, a four-year-old." Natsu raised an eyebrow

"Hey shut up." Gray's head was in Natu's lap, "I remember it, not you."

"True." Natsu laughed, "Guess I'm a hypocrite then since I have memories since I was 3 and 4."

"Mhm, " Gray smirked

"So uh, what do we do now?"

"I have no idea."

"Food?"

"I should have known, your always hungry."

"Hmph~, so what?"

"It means your predictible."

Natsu got up and started doing the chicken dance, "Did you predict that?"

It took Gray a minute to awnser over his snorting.
Gray fullbuster was snorting.

Natsu blushed, because, damn that was cute and hot.

"Well I predicted you were going to do something unpredictable." Gray said through snorts.

"Wow, ok, Mr. Psychology." Natsu huffed and sat back down and pulled the blanket back over them.

They ended up falling asleep together like that, on the couch.

So I didn't like how I originally wrote this and it kept bugging me so I redid it
