Will You Break Me ( ArjunMukta 1)

23: repentance

Mukta pushed him away with all her strength. Arjun stumbled on the sudden jerk. Mukta ran away from there while Arjun was shocked on his misdeed.
" how could i force myself on her. shit... shit...shit... Arjun you are stupid.... what will she think of you?"

He held his head in hands in frustration. He decided to apologise to her. He made himself ready to ignore her. He waited for her but she didn't come back to the room. He came out in the hall and found her sleeping on the couch.

He came close to her and saw her innocent face. He tucked her hair lock behind her ear, she frowned in her deep sleep on his touch. He smiled to see her antics. He forgot what he decided after looking to her. He carefully picked her up in his arms so that he couldn't disturb her sleep. He came inside the room and placed her slowly on the bed.

He closed the door and laid beside her on the bed but on some distance. He was surprised on the situation around him regarding her. All his plans slipped from his mind due to her presence around him. He couldn't resist her innocence and beauty. He wanted to feel her warmth in his arms since the moment he touched her. He wanted to cherish her and also wished to make her equally mad for him. He wanted to kiss her again senseless. He wanted to feel the joy of love.

He closed his eyes shut on his strange thoughts. He was shocked on his changed feelings. He was losing his mind behind her. But it was strangely beautiful and happy to feel that she was belong to him now. He could hug her, he could touch her with all the rights. He turned towards her and hugged her. She stirred in her sleep when she felt the hold around her waist but in next moment lost in deep slumber. Arjun smiled with closed eyes.

Rashmi got to know that Rohan met Rajveer on Mukta request. She was annoyed on Rohan.
" why did you go to him.... you know about him then why ?"

Rohan replied in strong tone,
" just for Mukta.... he is her brother and she was worried for him..."

Rashmi looked him in unconvinced way and went to meet Arjun,
" Arjun sir, Mukta asked about Rajveer from Rohan..."

Arjun replied,
" i know Rashmi but she is his sister and i cannot change her thoughts about him overnight... she needs time to understand."

Rashmi looked him astonishingly,
" sir.. what are you saying? Do you forget what he has done with us?"

Arjun replied carelessly,
" calm down Rashmi... i didn't forget anything but we have to give some time to Mukta..."

He left for office, Rashmi looked around her in disbelief , when Mukta came there. She was ready for college and waiting for Rohan.

Rashmi looked her and asked,
" hey Mukta... how are you?"

Mukta didn't know Rashmi personally so she was confused, Rashmi sensed her confusion,
" myself Rashmi... i was your brother wife..."

Mukta gave her a bright smile,
" you are my brother wife? Its means you are my sister in law ...."

She hugged Rashmi excitedly. Rashmi gave her a tight smile and asked in curt voice,
" how could you behave like this after all that... how could you forget what raj did with you?"

Mukta was taken back for a moment but quickly composed her,
" why are you trying to destroy your relationship? Whatever he did with me... its my problem... why do you care? Or you just wanted to show any affection towards me all of sudden... you know i should hate you all... Rajveer, Arjun and you all people played with my emotions for your gain... if my brother is responsible for my sadness... you and Arjun are also equally responsible.... i should hate you all"

She didn't stop after that and walked out while Rashmi was shocked and numbed. Arjun who was returned for something was thrilled to feel her new found confidence and bluntness.

Rajveer was waiting for Arjun in his office. When he met him, he asked,
" Arjun... i know you hate my name but just for once... i want to meet my sister..."

Arjun mocked him,
" which sister? Whom you wanted to be dead?"

Rajveer looked the helplessly in lost way,
" Arjun... you are nice man... i was stupid... please just let me meet her once.... i could meet her in her college but i want to meet her with your permission... i don't want any problem for her now...."

Arjun looked him for some moment,
" i will let you meet with her but not so soon... i will let you meet to her when she will be prepare to face you with confidence. Not now... so you have to be wait.... "

Rajveer looked him and replied,
" may i hope for good... please just take care of her... she is not used to of the dirty politics of world...."

Arjun controlled his smile on his words, instantly her innocent shocked face came into his mind but he quickly masked the hard expression on his face,
" i know what will be good for my wife... i don't have to learn from the strangers... you may go... i have to do so much work."

Rajveer left the office and came out. He sighed on his current state. He got what he gave to others. Once it was his plan to throw everyone from his life, now everyone threw him out from their lives. He was all alone.

Arjun smirked to see him from his office through the window,
"Rajveer singh... my revenge has just started... you have to pay much more...just wait and watch... Mukta will hate you from the core very soon..."
