Grayson POV
I looked over at Ethan as we got closer to Alex's house. Tyler was already there, probably drunk and hooking up with a cheerleader. Today was supposed to be lit according to Alex, a good friend of mine. He had decided to throw an end of the year party while his parents were in Italy. Ethan looked over at me, a smile on his face as he questions, "so who's staying sober this time?"
I chuckled, "well, I guess I can since you did last time."
Ethan's smile widened as he mouthed Yes. This caused me to laugh as I rounded to corner on the dirt road that lead to Alex's place. One good thing about Alex's parties, he had no neighbors for 100 or so miles so we could be as loud as we wanted. Another good thing about them, the girls. I'm not one for hooking up but.....a few beers might just change that. To bad I stay sober this time... Maybe I can call Abby to pick us up instead? But then again, it might be safer if she stayed away from here after what happened last time she came to a party. Thinking it about sent a chill up my spine. Soon enough we were pulling up to the house, which was basically a mansion. As soon as we were parked we got out of the car, the smell of alcohol hitting us immediately. I looked around seeing about twenty people outside, two of which were actually coming straight towards us with two beers. Tyler and Alex. After locking the car Ethan and I walked over towards them. Alex, as usual had a girl in his arms, this one was a cheerleader, Haily I think is her name. After a few minutes and two bro hugs later, Alex handed us the beer and told us to go ahead and explore. Ethan and I decided to go our separate ways, something we don't do often. I walked into the building, not being surprised by the amount of people here. I walked past most of them though, going strait to the basement door. Alex normally has this area blocked off seeing as their gaming stuff is all located there. If I have to stay sober enough to drive, then might as well play a video game. I looked around before I reached the door and paused. I noticed a girl. (She wore this)

She was about 5'7, with  dirty blonde hair pulled back into a bun. I picked up on this mostly because of the expression on her face.  That's when I noticed some guy. I walked over there and no sooner than I got there did the guy leave. I heard what he said before storming off though and it pissed me off, "you better be carful girly, I'll be seeing you later." I almost went after him, but I figured it would be best if I didn't. Besides, the look on her face told me she didn't find it threatening. She let out a sigh as I got closer, than looked at me. She seemed fed up and slightly stressed
"So did you scare him away because you wanted to help or because you're planning to do something... Because let me tell you I've had it up too here with men tonight!"
This caught me slightly off guard, I kinda wanted to snap back but something told me she has had a rough enough night. "Um, I wanted to help...but I can leave if you really want me too"

The blonde relaxed a bit at this then seemed to realize what she had said previously. "No, I'm sorry, it just seems like all night so far people are just looking to either get a quick hookup or a fight."
I shrugged it off, normally I would just leave but I get where she's coming from. "It's cool, I get it. You probably thought that I was here for one of the two right?"
"Yeah, pretty much. I'm Casey by the way," she said smiling, holding her hand out for a hand shake.
"Grayson," I replied, shaking her hand, laughing a bit at the formality of this. "I feel like in at a job interview." She giggled and I smiled.
Casey, nice name, I thought to myself.

Ethan's POV
As soon as Gray and I split, I found myself wandering towards the gazebo. Yes they had one and out of everywhere it was my favorite place to go and besides I noticed a girl who seemed a bit lonely...
I walked over to her, trying to seem sober and cool. She looked at me , a smile showing up on her face.
