It was now Monday morning, the day that Clementine wished to skip. She knew that in many of her classes she'd have to sit next to Louis, and ignoring him would be quite difficult. She'd thought about faking and just not turning up, but she wasn't too sure if Lee would believe her. She ended up getting up and dressing for school, dreading every moment. She tied her hair up in her usual low ponytail, packed her bag and dashed downstairs. Lee had already placed cereal boxes on the table followed by a jug of milk so she could eat.

"Good morning sweet pea." Lee spoke as he watched the girl slouch over the chair. "Good morning." She croaked. Lee's brows furrowed as he crossed his arms, "Are you okay? If you're not, you need to tell me." The girl shook her head as she poured Coco Pops into her bowl. "Do you feel like you're going to be sick?" He spoke with a concerned look on his face. "I don't know. I just don't feel good, I don't really wanna go to school today." Lee shook his head as he laid his palm on her forehead. "Your head feels fine, I don't think I can let you stay home. But if it gets worse I can come and pick you up." Clementine sighed as she poured her milk and began to eat.

AJ then dashed into the kitchen waving a piece of paper in his hand. "Lee look!" He screeched as he shoved the paper in Lee's face. Lee just grinned as he skimmed the paper, "Wow, is that a... house?" He asked as AJ grinned while he looked up at him brightly, "Yeah! It's gonna be my house when I grow up." Clementine chuckled at his words as she lifted from her chair and slung her bag over her shoulder, "I'm ready." With that, the three got into the car and driven to their many destinations. Clementine's school being one of them.

Clementine waved Lee goodbye as she slowly strolled into the gates. She kept her head down the entire time, hoping nobody she knew would see her. It was the only bright side of wearing uniform, everyone looked the same. She then entered the main building and walked to her homeroom class, knowing Sophie would already be there. She strolled in and sat at her usual desk and sighed as she laid her head down on it. But then the very person she didn't want to see joined her. "Hey, thanks for leaving the party. You did me a big favour, me and Louis ended up doing it." She spoke and she let out a menacing giggle.

"And you think I care because?" The redhead leaned in closer, her head was nearly in level with Clementine's, "I wouldn't speak that way If I were you. You don't want anything to happen to your precious brother do you?" Clementine's fists locked in place as her words ignited a flame deep within. "Don't you fucking talk about him! You evil bitch!" Clementine yelled making Sophie step back with wide eyes, "I don't want your fucking boyfriend! You guys are perfect for each other." She added as she lifted from her chair.

Sophie backed away as her jaw dropped, "Well then, don't talk to him!" She yelled back, trying to make the argument worse. Clementine then pushed the girl to the ground and quickly ran to the exit of the room. Sophie let out a overdramatic scream as she fell into the desks behind her. Other students gasped as they watched from afar.

Clem dashed out into the courtyard and sat on the wall she'd always sit on, staring out into the distance. Her hands were cupping her face as tears coated her eyes. She blinked constantly, trying to make them go away. But there was no use and her tears raced down her cheeks, one by one. 'How did I even get in this dumb situation?' She thought to herself as she slowly shook her head. She then proceeded to let out light sobs as she sniffled continuously. She couldn't help but feel bad about what she said. Truthfully, she really liked Louis and she wished she could tell him how she felt. But the way her life was going, that day would never come. Besides, the last thing he said to her killed her wish even more. Maybe he was right, maybe they just wouldn't work.

She carried on gazing out into the distance trying to dry her tears with the back of her hand, waiting as if a miracle was going to jump up in front of her. But sudden footsteps trailed behind her, she couldn't be bothered to turn to see who it was. "Hey, what're you doing here?" They spoke. Clementine rolled her eyes as she looked in the opposite direction. "I told you, you can talk to me if you need." They stated as they climbed up the wall and sat down beside her. "Please, Mitch. Just... leave me alone." She whimpered as she tried to prevent anymore tears from falling. She really hated people seeing her upset, it made her feel weak. The boy then wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close, "Listen, dry those tears. The others will be really glad to see you actually tuned up."
