"This one's cute!" Brody exclaimed, a bright smile beaming from her cheeks. Clementine had decided to go shopping with her and the others, just so they could get something to wear for the costume party. "Yeah, it's cute. But it's not what I'm looking for." Clementine huffed as he snatched the item of clothing and put it back on the steel rack. "Ah- come on Clem. You don't have to be like that." She cooed, trying to get on Clementine's good side. "I just wanted to get something and go." Clementine sighed, strolling around in the bright coloured store. "What were you planning on dressing up as?" Violet asked, skimming through the many options. "Well, nothing too girly. Like a warrior or something." She spoke. Violet grinned as she lifted up a hanger that held a black stripy t-shirt.
"Why, what are you planning on wearing?" Clementine asked. Minerva had then joined the three as she realised Violet's discovery. "She's planning on dressing up as a pirate." Minerva blurted, hooking her arm onto Violet's. "Awe that's cool. Louis wanted to wear something similar to me, but I don't even know what I want to wear myself." She spoke, peering over to the dread head that looked completely lost. Brody screeched at her reply, tapping her shoes off of the ground as she clapped her hands, "Yay! You guys are going to look so cute!" Clementine smiled lightly as she turned to the overjoyed redhead. "Alright, alright, calm down." She chuckled.
Louis met Clementine with a toothy grin before joining the group of teens. "Found anything?" He asked. Clementine shook her head lightly as she looked up into his chocolate eyes. "No, could you help me?" She asked, he flashed her a wink before fanning his hand in the direction he walked in. The two headed in another direction, a few racks away. "Are we still going to match?" He asked, "I started thinking about dressing up as a werewolf." Clementine smirked at his comment, thinking about how cute he'd look dress up as one. "Yeah, I still want to match. I just don't know what to be." She frowned. "You could be a werewolf too." He suggested. Clementine raised a brow as if he were crazy, "I mean, yeah. But I'd look weird as a werewolf, don't you think?" He shrugged as he leaned up against the racks, nearly falling over in the process. "You'll look beautiful either way." A smirk was written all across his lips. Clementine nudged him as she strolled over to another part of the costume store.
She was now stood surrounded by inflatables. "Hmm, I might just get one of these." Her index finger skimmed the many plastic costumes as she looked for one. Louis shorty followed and watched as she did so. "Heh- there's an orange. Imagine me wearing this." She chuckled as she lifted it up a plastic bag that held orange material, just so the dread head could see. His face dropped for a quick second before lighting back up again, "Hell Yeah!" He yelled, nodding in agreement. Clementine looked up at his face in awe, she couldn't admire him anymore than she did already. The more they hung out, the more she felt the chemistry between them, she could tell he was feeling it too.
After a few more long minutes, Louis had finally come up with something to wear. "I think I should find something more... sneaky. I'm practically a ninja." He chuffed, a bright smile from his cheeks as he pulled a funny looking stance. "What? You too? I thought I was the only one." She giggled, copying his ridiculous standing. "I wonder if they actually have ninja costumes." He then rummaged his hand through a selection of costumes. "Perfect! A green one, just for me." Clementine strolled over to the dread head; one brow raised. "I'll wear one too, only if there's an orange one." She whispered loudly, peering over his shoulder which she couldn't quite see over because of her height.
"Alright, I think that's everything." Marlon said, hands on his hips as the others were gathered around. "Yeah, have you got the face paint?" Clementine asked as she looked up at Louis who'd nodded a reply. "Good, let's get going."

The group had headed to Marlon's to chill out. They'd hadn't had a group meet up in awhile, and it was much needed. The group were all spread across the long couch that Marlon had in his basement. Clementine was sat in the corner of the couch while Louis had his head rested on her lap, legs crushing anyone next to him. Meanwhile, Brody was sat in Marlon's lap, Violet and Minerva were cuddling at the other end as Mitch and Aasim awkward sat in between the couples. "So, what are we playing?" Marlon asked as he handed his pearly white Xbox controller to Louis who'd instantly fiddled his non-dominant thumb and selected a game. "This'll be fun." He chuckled as he looked up at Clementine who'd had her fingers tangled up in his messy locks. She smiled down at him brightly, brushing his stray dreads away. Mitch lifted from the couch and picked up a few controllers that Marlon had stashed in a plastic box. He then proceeded to hand them out, one for Violet, one for Minerva, one for Aasim, on for Clementine, one for Marlon and one for himself. Brody insisted on watching, she wasn't quite the gamer type and preferred to watch the other's frustrations.
