Chapter 3

Yeah, that fucking perfect plan proved to be impossible as fuck. Keeping Taehyung off his mind was pretty hard, especially when they sat together at lunch, had a few classes together, and their girlfriends were best friends too. They hadn't spoken in over a week, just awkward silence and Lisa and Jenny were beginning to take notice.

They hadn't said anything, assuming the boys had gotten in some stupid argument at the party and it would blow over in that timespan. Obviously, it hadn't.

"Okay, what the hell is up with you two? You've been silent to each other all week", Jenny finally snapped.

"Yeah, you've been really awkward around each other too", Lisa said, but nicer then Jenny, rubbing Jungkook's shoulder softly.

"So, what's wrong?", Jenny asked.

"Nothing", Jungkook said as he stood up," Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go to the library"

With that, he walked speedily away, ignoring the calls of his name from Jenny and Lisa who desperately wanted an explanation. As soon as he was out of sight, Jungkook ducked into the empty bathroom, sitting up on the counter. He closed his eyes and leaned his head against the mirror, taking a few deep breaths.

"Dude, what's up with you?", a voice asked as it entered the bathroom. Jungkook didn't need to open his eyes to know it was Taehyung.

"What do you mean 'what's up with me'? Have you just forgotten what happened? It's weird", Jungkook murmured.

"It's only weird if you make it weird. It's not a big deal", Taehyung shrugged.

"Sure, you can say that. You weren't the one who got it up the ass", Jungkook sighed as he closed his eyes again," It's just me being weird then I guess"

"Look, you can be weird about it forever, or we can just go back to the way things were before and try to forget that it ever happened, like we agreed", Taehyung said as he sat beside Jungkook on the counter.

"That task is proving increasingly impossible", Jungkook murmured," I guess I'm just embarrassed"

"You shouldn't be. It takes someone who's really secure and strong to be a bottom, especially if they aren't gay", Taehyung said," You are still straight, right?"

"Yeah, yeah of course. You?", Jungkook asked.

"Totally"

"Cool"

"But you shouldn't be embarrassed, Jeon. Besides, didn't you say you wanted to try getting it up the ass anyway? And don't you finger yourself?", Taehyung asked.

"Shut up! It's beside the point", Jungkook said, completely embarrassed.

"So, are we good?", Taehyung asked with a small smile.

"Yeah, but I do have to go to the library, I'll see you later", Jungkook said as he got up and left.

One thing was for sure, they weren't good, at least not from Jungkook's end. The whole time, every time Jungkook looked at Taehyung, all he could think about was kissing him.

So, for the next three days, Jungkook avoided Taehyung.

He finally had to face him at football practice the third day. They hadn't spoken the whole time, other then discussion of what to make the team do and what they needed work on. Since they were in charge of cleanup after, there were few people in the locker room when they finally got in there. Jungkook had been changing beside Taehyung when Taehyung took off his shirt.
