Dekus POV

Kachan looked at me, he was breathing heavily, he looked down at the ground to avert my eyes. He seemed ashamed, I crouched down to be at eye level with him, him being on the swing and all. I looked him in his eyes and said, 'Thank you for protecting me, you made me feel so safe in your arms, I'm sorry I didn't let you beat that guy to a pulp, I just didn't want you to get in trouble because of me..." I looked down at the ground. He stood up so I did too, still looking down, I saw water hit the ground, was that a... I looked up at Bakugou, he was crying, with a blank expression. I didn't understand what was happening, or what to do, 'K-Kachan hey, what-what's wrong?' He hugged me and said, "I love you nerd, you hear me?" I nodded, my head in his chest, he managed to stop crying and I pulled back a bit, so we still had our arms on each other. 'We should go back...' I wanted to know why he was crying but he looked really sad, I didn't want to make him more upset or push him. 'I'll ask him later'

Kachans POV

For fuck sake! Why did I cry? I just wanted to explode that guy into a million pieces, because I wanted to protect Deku... I would've thrown my entire hero career away for him! In that moment we were the only thing that mattered in the world, and I couldn't do anything to stop that guy harassing me! I feel weak, because I did nothing to stop him, but if Deku didnt stop me, things would be so much worse! I couldn't control myself, I was supposed to make him feel at ease with my presence, not make him stress over what I might do! When I looked down at him, and saw him apologize for having to restrain me, I couldn't bare it... the tears just fell. I didn't want to cry, I NEVER CRY FOR CHRIST SAKE!! But for some reason this time was different.... I really wish that guy would have made a move first so I could call it self defense!! Ugh I'm so frustrated, we should have just stayed inside. We ended up being able to go under AM's radar, although I think he winked at Deku, not sure what that meant. Once the day was over, Deku walked with Ida and round face, I walked with shityhair. "Dude, what where you and Midoryia doing? You guys looked like you had seen a ghost when you came back!" I looked down at the ground as I walked, my hands in my pockets, 'This guy who worked at the Mc Bogles tried hitting on Deku...' I said angrily, "Oh my god! How did you contain yourself?! A normal tempered person would already be enraged but knowing you, all you probably saw was red! How did you do it?" I didn't answer right away, not sure as to wether I wanted to tell him what actually happened, and why I hadn't been arrested... 'Deku, held me back, he used his quirk and kept me from doing anything, I was sending off explosions in my hands, not enough to really do anything just pinch a little, and he still didn't budge...' Kirishima went quiet, 'Oi are you just not gonna say anything?!' I said irritated, "Bakubro, I know you, and I know your beating yourself up for not doing anything, but sadly in this situation, standing by was all you could do. So don't dwell on it, ok?" 'Whatever!' I didn't like hearing his truth, but he was my best friend for a reason. We got back to the dorms, I went straight to my room, once I got there I texted Deku-

Bakugou- Hey, once u get settled and changed can u come up for a min?

Stupid Nerd❤️- Sure Kachan, no problem!

Bakugou- Oi, and don't tell anyone ok?
